Ordered two fish tacos, and two fish taco especials to go. They were all cold (I only live 2 minutes away) and the taco shells were soggy. Everyone’s orders came out quickly so, I suspected the tacos were prepared ahead of time. I also ordered a side of guacamole but, it was not included in the order. The condiment dispensers were not full, and the tomatillo sauce container was empty, in the restaurant. The staff is friendly and usually the food comes out well made. But, not this time.

Went 1/27 at noon. Blackened mahi mahi tacos. Hair in one of them! Was already home, so wasn't going back. Tried to do survey, makes you sign up for another site constant contact. No survey there..

ordered delivery with a phone number to call once they arrived. instead no phone call and I received a text saying it had been delivered. I attempted to call them to complain, and they are not taking any calls. never again. $45.00 for nothing. Scammers!

Tonight I bought a salmon burrito and a salmon fish taco order. The person ringing me up named Beatriz not only over charged me but screwed up my refund as well. The store just closed so I can't go back and try to dispute my issue. My whole order cost $32.18. Last minute we cancelled the taco order so I should only be paying for the burrito but she only refunded me less than $5 when I paid for $32 dollars. I don't realize this until I got home and saw the receipt. I am never going back to this place. If you see Beatriz just walk away cuz she might do the same to you. Horrible fckn service and yes this is the first time I am cursing on a review because I am so pissed. No integrity!!

My husband ordered the steak classic taco trio, 2 fish tacos on the side, and I ordered a kids meal. The food came out and the 2 fish tacos and my kids meal was right. We notified the cashier and they took the food and the reciept. The shift lead or whoever she was came over, told us that she would have to refund and then recharge the items that needed to be fixed. My husband said steak while cashier kept saying steak. Now here is where I find them interesting… ( my husband speaks Spanish fluently) the lady was telling the cook in Spanish that we(the customer) changed our minds about what we ordered. They NEVER APOLOGIZED and gave us the cold shoulder while we were dining in. Very rude especially since I had to ask several times for ketchup.

What a lovely manager has this location. I had ordered tacos online from this location but somehow my order had not gone through. So the store manager took a new order and prepared my food in the shortest time possible. This will be my go-to location for tacos from now on.

I love Rubio's. It's quick, affordable and fresh. I have never had an issue with service at this location. Employees are always friendly and super helpful. I'm giving 3 stars because the portions are a little skimpy. I even paid for extra protein and it was still skimpy. This happens whether I doordash the order or pickup. My fault for not double checking, I guess. Salsa bar is also inconsistent. Sometimes the salsa is too watery. :-(
