My go to place after making a Sam's Club run
The staff was totally knowledgeable about the items on the menu and recommended items both spicy and not too spicy. The fish tavos are GREAT!! The portion sizes are just right.
Food cooked to order. Perfect fish tacos.

I love this location for the PEOPLE! Marcie & Connie are so personable helpful & kind. I thought they got my order wrong once, but I found my missing tacos on the floor of my backseat the next day! In other words, they’re always top notch & NEVER got my order wrong. I must find myself here buying food for my household about 3 times a month! Rubio’s may seem a bit expensive & like portions are small, but it’s actually just the right amount of quality food you need! They don’t rely on the quantity over quality most restaurants use a lot these days to trick their consumers into thinking they’re getting more for their money. Rubio’s is awesome!
Rubios used to be in Colorado, but they removed all their restaurants and a few years ago, so every time I'm out in San Diego, I have to eat at Rubios a few times to get my fix
I wanted to take a moment to thank and highlight the incredible leadership by store manager Mary. I recently had a very large catering order for a big event and Mary along with her staff handled the food prep like pros! Everything was perfectly wrapped, incredibly delicious, and ready on time. My guests loved everything, and we had enough for leftovers for my guests. I can’t thank the staff enough for helping make my event a success.

Been coming here since they opened. Never disappointed. Were there last night for take out and loved it once again. Got a side order of fries and they were great, better than, In"N"Out, really. Will definitely get those again.
