This is not a review on the food or service. I arrived to this place around 8ish am two days in a row and it was not open. Waited around 30 min each time and still not open (8am advertised open time) First day maybe a sick employee or running late which is understandable. 2 days in a row no Bueno. Dont waste my time
Use to love coming here. They don’t open at 8 like it says. Bummer. good luck
Great place!

Got the black bean burger. Was not warm in the middle, almost no cheese, no peppers, not much onion or avocado. The sever set the plate on my table without saying anything or acknowledging me in any way.

I first visited and rated Rum Jungle on Yelp 5 years ago - gave them 5 stars back then.
I'm back over 5 years later... and I am happy to report they are still as awesome as ever.
Delicious and fresh food, delectable drinks and treats, fantastic vibes and superb service. The service specifically is amazing - they're super attentive and pay attention to what taste or meal generally you're trying to accomplish. I ordered the Power Wrap (my favorite item on the menu - highly recommend) and asked for no turkey. The gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish and offered a solution. That really impressed me and I truly appreciated it.
It's a great spot to chill and work too [though not if you're taking calls - they have (good) music on and the other patrons can be loud]. Definitely worth visiting in the PB area!

Sophia was really nice
We’ve been loyal customers for many years—and in the summer, we’re here almost every day—because the açaí bowls were always fresh, tightly packed, and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, this is the second time this week we’ve had a disappointing experience. The açaí and yogurt were just scooped in loosely and looked messy, and the fruit (especially the bananas and strawberries) was cut into big, uneven chunks instead of the usual thin slices. It lacked the care and attention we’ve come to expect. We also noticed the usual staff wasn’t there, which may explain the change. Really hoping this isn’t the new normal, because this has always been one of our favorite spots.

I noticed I was the ONLY guest not greeted with a “hello, how may I help you or anything. While everyone else of a different skin tone was greeted upon entry. I am a pleasant, young black woman so I never appreciate when people don’t treat me with the same level of respect. I initially went here for green juice which I was told they cannot make it, no reason provided so I opted for a bacon, egg & cheese bagel. Not worth $15, one thin egg, soggy bagel and shredded cheese… the flavor was decent but more of a $5 sandwich. I waited about 25 minutes for my sandwich. Plus side, the music is great! The ambience is relaxing but I wouldn’t return.
