Spending time with family and friends is always a good time however, our meal time at Ruth Chris was amazing!!! The wait staff did an excellent job, although they were a little busy, they were super attentive and that was so great for our dinner time.

It was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door. I have not been to a Ruth's Chris and over 20 years. I wasn't expecting much to be honest but I was pleasantly surprised and delighted the level of care that the team there took to ensure I had delightful experience. Not only was the food amazingly prepared but the drinks were Top Notch as well. You can't go wrong with a view of the water to top it off. Mark and his team there did a great job Sergio was our server and he made every moment all the better. Thank you so much I will definitely be back. Cheers!

What a FANTASTIC experience. Our Event Took Place December 21, 2024 at the Harbor Drive location in San Diego . All of our expectations were surpassed by Jeffreys Team. Brandon was very intentional regarding the small details and accommodations which unexpectedly came up. The food was AMAZINGlYflavorful and ALL 13 of us were served together without any delay. I can’t say enough about Rachel who really brought the personal touch and execution to our event. Thank you to those behind the scene as well, everything was OUTSTANDING.

Brandon and Justin were ideal hosts and servers: attentive, warm, engaged, and always anticipating our needs. Food was perfect (filet, baked and mashed potatoes, mushrooms, French onion soup) and the lemon drop and creme brulee were delicious as well. 5 out of 5 all around.

Very disappointed with the service last night. Did not get the same table we have had and requested for the past 20 years. Seated 25 mi uses after reservation time. Over charged for our food. Sizzler steak & lobster price on menu was $90, charged $98. Sizzler steak & crab menu price was $77, charged $85. Asked for doggie bags, usually the server will take the plates and package up left over food. Not last night. He brought containers and we had to package it up ourselves. But they packaged leftovers from neighboring table. We have had this current reservation for a year, for my husband's 70th birthday. They forgot it was his birthday. In past years they had special happy birthday message in the menu or on the table. Not last night. Didn't spend over $500 to be treated like we were at Denny's!
