Ruth's Chris Steak House

Absolutely wonderful! Service was like no other. Even though I called 20 minutes till closing they seated our party of four, and told us to take our time. Truly a 5 star experience. Food and ambiance was on point. Special shout out to James, Yama, and Lachlan. Forgive me if spelled incorrectly. These individuals went above and beyond. I'd highly recommend anyone who is looking for that 5 star dining experience to come on by. 

The food was average at best. Very overpriced. Service was average as server never asked how food was, ask if want refill or new drinks. Ambience is like a business park restaurant Entry area is dark Crab cakes were awful and barely crab mostly filler. Had lamb chops chef special very good but no mint jelly! Said they ran out! How is this possible Glass of wine cost as much as 2x a bottle. I would not return

A great experience from walking through the door to pre dinner drinks at the bar to dinner. Our hostess Izzy was professional & always helpful. Our waiter David was amazing. The food was outstanding from salad to fabulous Crème Brûlée dessert! Filet mignon was perfection. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant without reservations!

Chip was amazing ! The food was cooked to perfection !! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday a special one !

If you go here and don't order the BBQ shrimp appetizer...what are you doing? Hands down the best dining experience I've had in a while. The food is fantastic and the staff are incredibly nice. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Had a “special menu” steak & shrimp dinner w/mashed potatoes & french onion soup for starter. All excellently prepared, delicious & good portion size for value. Special menu option serves an appetizer, main menu & potato, plus dessert for a set price.

Our server mark was awesome. He explained the menu, pointed out certain dishes and answered all our questions. Food was fantastic, ambience nice, but stands out is the service and how mark handled our dinner experience. I would go back just for the service we received.

Steak was fantastic as usual but, my side of mushrooms was literally cold in the middle like it was microwaved and my old fashioned's were so watered down with ice you couldn't even taste alcohol.

Always excellent... Top shelf everything! Of course, you must have a steak of some sort and some sweet potato casserole... cocktails always made perfectly as well. Have to love highly experienced waiters as well.

I've been coming to Ruth’s Chris many times in the past, starting at the SF location over 20 years ago and eating at multiple locations - including this location several times. We usually go out of our way to eat at a good steak house if there is one in the area.

But the downward slide in quality is evident, and I probably will skip Ruth’s Chris in the future.
- The steaks were either over or under cooked (all ordered medium rare)
- I question if the NY strip is actually USDA Prime as stated on the menu, as I've had better USDA Choice cuts from Costco.
- The sides were so over priced it's laughable. I know there's inflation happening, but $12 for four spoonfuls of watery creamed spinach? You get the point....
- One of the chocolate cake desserts tasted like it had been siting next to coffee or had bad coffee grounds pushed into it.

Overall, a sub-par experience at an elevated price point.

Our awesome server Brandon was excellent and so nice!!! The food was perfectky done..My Tomohawk steak was medium well and very tasty!!!!

It definitely did not disappoint. All the menus that were ordered came perfectly cooked as ordered. Really very good meat. It is expensive but it was definitely worth it.
