We went for our 22nd anniversary. Food was awesome. Service was average. Waiter was very funny and nice but a little to chatty causing service to be really slow. Dinner took almost 2 hours. The restaurants decor was very nice.Dietary restrictions: They have keto options.

Disappointing Experience - Inconsistent Quality and ServiceThis restaurant has managed to disappoint me for the third time in a row. I have given them multiple chances, but it's clear that they don't care about getting things right. I ordered my steak cooked to medium plus, and once again, it came out rare. While everyone else at my table was enjoying their meals, I was left not able to eat my steak.The lack of consistency in both the quality of the food and the service is unacceptable. It's incredibly frustrating to have to send my meal back every single time I dine here. This will definitely be my last visit to this establishment. There are plenty of other restaurants that can get a simple steak order right the first time. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere.The pict below is after I heated up my $80.00 bone in ribeye at home and it is still raw!

We sat down at 5:00 to celebrate our grand daughters 17th birthday. It took us until 7:00 to get our appetizers; 2 hours after sitting down and being the 1st in the resturant dining area. We had our 10 year old grandson and grand daughter, my son and his wife. To wait 2 hours to get our food was uncalled for. So disappointed! My son spent a fortune on this meal! Unfortuantely, I didn’t speak up as we were guests. Won’t go back there. Shame on this Ruth Chris! Beware of a 3 hour meal that is not exciting; shame Roth Chris!

Came here for an event dinner. I try not to judge a place by a larger event dinner but I was disappointed with the food. Arugula in appetizer salad seemed wilted and not fresh. Felt they used butter as a seasoning and flavoring and little else on their petit filet and salmon. I do not plan on coming back.Service and atmosphere were excellent however.

Not as good as it used to be. The waiter explained that the chain was sold. While the view at the Del Mar location is still great for a sunset, the service was very slow, the steaks were ok, and not served sizzling, and the “special place to eat for a special occasion” vibe was no longer there.

My steak was so delicious. I usually order bernaise sauce but I didn't this time and I'm so glad. It would have been a crime to hide that delicious flavor. I can't wait to go back.

It is not the bar to go to! We have tried to go 2 times to the bar and all we ever hear is, "get on the wait list". 1 hour later not 1 person was seated! And then we watch everyone on the wait list give up and just leave including us! This place is run so poorly!! Don't waste your time.
