Went here with a group of friends, on recommendation from one friend who tried all the Persian restaurants in the area. The food was absolutely wonderful, and service was great.
Highly recommend for good Persian food.
Will be coming back if I am ever in the area again.

We came all the way from Sacramento to visit
San Diego and decided to try this restaurant because of its great reviews — and it did not disappoint!
The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. We stopped by here right before heading to the San Diego airport, and it was the perfect last meal of our trip.
Special thanks to Zari khanum for her kindness and wonderful service. We truly enjoyed everything and will definitely come back again, hopefully around Christmas!

I was in San Diego for a conference, and after trying many places, I finally found this restaurant, which was recommended by my professor. The service was amazing, and the food was just as good. I ordered the chicken barga and a yogurt drink. The location is also perfect. I liked it so much that I ended up eating there for the rest of my conference days.

You cannot believe how amazing this restaurant is! Had eggplant dip, cucumber yogurt dip, tahdig and the koobideh kebob. Everything was extremely flavorful. The service was amazing!

My daughter found this place for some lunch near our trek. We were searching for good food in the Gaslight Quarter.
I suspect it was the owner or manager that took our order.
The presentation was good, but the temperature of the meal was lukewarm. The meal had good spices but lacked salt. Our appetizer never came. Our meals were served with warmth from the lady. During our meal, we had to hear the owner or manager berate the server, which arrived after we were already there. The conversation was less than desired during our meal. Overall, we were underwhelmed with the food.

Nice quiet atmosphere. The food was phenomenal. My wife is Persian so I am used to authentic Persian food and all of the dishes here were delicious.

Recommended dishes: Chicken Kebab, Koobideh Kabob, Soltani, Eggplant Stew, Shirazi Salad
The food and flavors were delicious. Portion sizes are large and do reflect the price well. You can easily share an order with a friend or family and allow for some room for other delicious goodies. Their fresh bread was nice and warm and went well with the Persian eggplant (kashk-e-bademjoon)
