Hey good people at saddle rose bakery , I wanted to thank Patricia and the staff at saddle rose for donating loafs of bread. You guys took part in helping feed the homless!. If all company's and people like patricia and saddie rose were like this our jacked up world would be a better place thanks again guys god bless

I have known Sadie Rose baking company since I worked for Leah IBernardo at her catering company in Temecula known as EAT. She taught me chef skills, she taught me to buy from the best vendors. Sadie Rose has THEE BEST FLATBREAD PIZZA bread ever!!!! If you freeze the bread, and let it rest later, you are only limited by your imagination. My favorite recipe via Leah is....sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions and good cheese. Pictures later.

Worked here for about a month this place takes advantage of undocumented immigrants pays them less then normal wage management went around screaming and yelling at them to work faster. I'm white born and raised American citizen but could not tolerate seeing this inhumane behaviour allowed
Sadie rose bakery really needs to be investigated

We get their bread at Major's Market in Escondido. Their Multigrain bread is delicious. It's our new favorite bread.

Solid management and the guy in HR is just awesome. My experience wit the ob meh and less than desirable for long-term. I was basically a overpaid dishwasher and gosh did I HATE it. I was thinking "Sanitation" was more like cleaning/breaking down the machines, taking out the trash and cleaning the walls/floors but instead it was washing dishes three sinks style with suspect machine. Two hours in I was soaked (no waterproof apron) and wasn't interested in doing this for months. Me personally I was bored. The supervisor let it slip that individual before me did it for 6 months. If you're interested in washing dishes and getting wet why not? Best of luck. Plus size you get to try the baked goodies, listen to YOUR music while working and management is solid.

I was turning left from Denver St. with a green arrow for me to turn onto Clairmont Drive today at around 9:50 a.m. The driver of one of your trucks ran the red light and nearly hit me. The driver was making a right turn without stopping. A Very reckless and dangerous driver.

I will drive miles for a loaf of crusty, tender, and a warm delicious treat! It's a San Diego specialty that is mirrored by the bakeries of France and Italy at 4:00 in the morning! Thank you, Ryan!!

This place I worked at has disgusting maggot flies it has so much mold and everything that you guys eat on if you look underneath your breath if you see some black stuff with white powdery stuff that’s bold with flower this is a very disgusting place thousands of trays with mold so bad for machines has never been cleaned off the stuff is so sour that they still make the dough and make the bread they have it all over the floor flowing over where it touches the floor this place is so disgusting that I had to clean mega flies from underneath the machine I will post pictures

Incredible breads, awesome cakes, this is one of our go-to stops when we have guests in town. Everyone loves the fresh baked sourdough. The best.
