I have known Sadie Rose baking company since I worked for Leah IBernardo at her catering company in Temecula known as EAT. She taught me chef skills, she taught me to buy from the best vendors. Sadie Rose has THEE BEST FLATBREAD PIZZA bread ever!!!! If you freeze the bread, and let it rest later, you are only limited by your imagination. My favorite recipe via Leah is....sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions and good cheese. Pictures later.
Solid management and the guy in HR is just awesome. My experience wit the ob meh and less than desirable for long-term. I was basically a overpaid dishwasher and gosh did I HATE it. I was thinking "Sanitation" was more like cleaning/breaking down the machines, taking out the trash and cleaning the walls/floors but instead it was washing dishes three sinks style with suspect machine. Two hours in I was soaked (no waterproof apron) and wasn't interested in doing this...
