While the service and atmosphere are fine, the food is lacking something. I paid 33 dollars for a sandwich and a side of orange chicken which I felt was over priced for what you get. The sandwhich felt very light on the amount of vegetables it had, usually banh mi is crunchy because of the roots or carrots. And the orange chicken was not crispy looked like regular chicken with orange marmalade added in top.

Nice little vietnamese restaurant in a plaza near Mission Gorge. The food is ok, small portions and the spring rolls are so tiny and kind of pricey. The server was nice.

My husband and I wanted to have a nice time eating together but my favorite pho place was closed on Sunday so we decided to give a chance to Saigon Star Restaurant. Big mistake their service is so poor. Never brought my husband drink. And the food didn’thave good flavor. We are NOt coming back here ever. Don’t waste your money here. Manager don’t care about customer service at all.

We ordered a Pickup Order. Once we arrived, they claimed they gave our order to someone else. They refused to remake our order for us. They said we have to place the order a second time. It's a scummy business.

Orange chicken was terrible. I took one bite and said I don't want it. They said you have to pay no matter if you eat it or not. Crazy!

Very Rude personal the older woman blocked me from going to restroom, she told me it was only for customers, i was just going first to wash my hands, she was visubly upset.
Food was not as good as before with other owners.

I hadn’t had Pho in about a year and was really excited to enjoy some yesterday. I ordered the large pho with chicken. It was $15.66. I asked for 2 sides of Chile oil which added a nice heat to the broth. The broth was ok enough to enjoy, but the reason for my low review is for the extremely dry gross chicken they gave me to add into my soup. I feel I need to save others the terrible experience of chewy, hard, non edible chicken that I paid for. It all went straight into my dogs food bowls so basically I paid $15.66 for broth, cilantro, and a few sprigs of basil. No thanks will not be returning again.

This place gave me the wrong food and then told me it was my fault, I ordered friend rice they gave me Pho when I asked for a refund they said no and to shut up and order correctly next time. When I tried to call in they kept ignoring my calls DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I loved the broth here! I would return to have it again. The meat was ok and the noodles softer than usual but it wasn't bad
