They need to update their business hours. I couldn't remember which day of the week they closed. Today was a Tuesday. Tried to call them but no answer. We end up driving by there anyways to see if they are open. If so, we would have eaten there. They were closed. Not sure if this business or Yelp is the one that needs to update their opening hours.

First time here. My family and I were quickly seated however service is slow here. You definitely need to flag down someone to take your order. But before that, the menu is quite extensive. By far the most Vietnamese entrees I've ever seen. Even traditional entrees you won't ever see on a menu. We started off with Vietnamese coffee (quantity is low, more ice than coffee) and 6 egg rolls which were quite big, followed by squid Salt and pepper (a must order) but quite expensive at 18.99. the #22 pho dac biet is quite tasty but the broth was on the salty end. A great place for big parties but hard to come back with other close by competition.

It was our first time ordering from Saigon Vegan Bistro, we didn’t realize it was the ghost kitchen of Loving Hut. We love LH and now happy to have SVB as another option to add to our vegan food weekly rotations. We love the beef noodles and fried rice. You a taste the quality of food in every bite. I love the texture of the noodles. I’m really picky about my noodles and the chewiness of the ones here are superb! I’m salivating just thinking about them now. :)

I've been here a couple times before I decided to review it. I'm always scared to get pho at different places because it can be a hit or miss but every time I've ordered pho here, it's always been consistent. The broth has so much flavor every single time. The menu here is HUGE. It can be overwhelming. They have a little bit of everything basically. But for the most part, everything is good. Food takes a little bit on the longer side to come out but that just tells me things are fresh. This spot is out of the way for me, but I'd probably end up here if I'm in the area.

One of the worst experiences you will ever imagine. I am not even going to bother with elaboration, simply don't even bother to visit this place, it is not worth your time, I went last night and spent $70 for two entrées, and two warm beers, and the worst service I have ever experienced in my life and I will never visit this place again, and you should not either!

This is a well established Vietnamese restaurant located in the heart of Little Saigon. They have an extensive menu featuring both Vietnamese and Chinese dishes, and large tables perfect for family style dining. While other restaurants may specialize in a few certain dishes, Saigon has it all. The service can be kind of slow but it's methodical. The Spring Rolls are absolutely giant here. You can easily cut an order of two in half and share with four people.

Personally I am not vegan, but to choose to eat here because it's so good! The bun bo hue / royal noodle soup is the best!

First time visiting with my family and it was a good experience. Although you really must have the patience because food takes awhile to come out. Also to-go orders take a good amount of time. Staff is friendly and if you know the dialect, it's easier to order. The menu has so many varieties and wide selections. The atmosphere is average and the restaurant is quite spacious with plenty of round tables and chairs. Portion size for the food is very generous especially the spring rolls and the Bo Nuong. It's so filled that you'll be working your jaw for a good minute. The food that I had was Com Tam Bi Cha Suon Nuong, Bi Cuon, Bun Nem Nuong Bo Nuong, Bun Chao Tom Nem Nuong, and Banh Hoi Nem Nuong Chao Tom. Everything was very tasty and my party was left satisfied. My favorite would have to be the Com Tam Bi Cha Suon Nuong, and the Bi Cuon. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to ignite their tastebuds with Vietnamese cuisines. It's best with family and friends since the portion is quite large and sharing is always the best way.

Some of the best pho I've ever had. #37 is the best and their egg rolls are giant and delicious. The staff isn't always the most attentive, but who really cares when the food is so incredible? If you haven't been here before, get your ass to it!

Still one of my favs Viet places to go for nem nuong, vermicelli bowls and their rice plates! Their rice combo plates are off the hook. They give you so much. It's more than 1 portion. We always have left overs and eat it for lunch the next day. Their vermicelli is just as good. Our other favorite is their salt and pepper shrimp. It's fried so crispy and so much flavor. Eat with plan white rice! Their hu tieu and soups are good. Service is so so, just like a Vietnamese place. Food orders take a little bit longer to come out but they get pretty busy.
