the service here is very bad. Took 40 minutes just to get a water. A WATER. very unacceptable and would not recommend or even come back to this place. Manager needs to teach servers how to do their job. On top of that, food is very expensive with such little on the plate. 1/5 stars do not come

This is my perspective as an admitted Sushi Snob. It's a dead giveaway when the sashimi is cut unevenly with tendons and torn muscle dangling off the plate. The seaweed wraps are leathery instead of crunchy. The rice is questionable. And everything is way overpriced. We were one of the only tables and the food still took too long. In brief: this might be a Japanese-inspired-restaurant but is not even close to what I would consider a sushi restaurant.

Slight new style inside with odd, plastic cafeteria-esque platters.Tea was good, only a small amount served per order.Gyoza burnt, could use more filling but great flavors otherwise.Seaweed salad. Good amount but not as fresh as it could be.Sushi was very good. Very fresh, could have gone more light handed with the sauces.… after dinnerHad to hear bussers making loud nasty comments about customers to each other; also in front of other customers. Very ignorant and rude.Terrible customer service by means of the unprofessional bussers, again, on a believing they have any option on the amount that someone should tip.

The food is solid here, and we love coming before or after a movie. The service was great, they were very attentive. I had a Philly Roll and a Salmon Roll with crunchies added. Didn't love the crunchies it was a little too much. Next time I will just order without it, as I was trying to do something different. My hubby got a spicy mutha roll and spicy edamame and loved both. My kid got the OG ramen with all the toppings in the side except for the noodles. He like the broth but didn't finish all his noodles, but he's six.The ambiance is pretty middle of the road sushi joint. Clean, and spacious. It does have a few TV's so you won't miss the game if you are into sports. We come here quite a bit when we come up here for shopping or movies so will definitely be back.

It was so sad and did not taste like quality sushi by any means. We had the lemon cilantro roll which the sirahcha covered up the lemon flavor which was needed to cover up the really strange combo. The spicy crab was a protein roll we got and it tasted like old crab but hey, the jalapeño masked the odd taste as well. The rice didn't taste like sushi rice either. Ugh what a shame. The kids had the og ramen and it was basic. I guess that's a positive? Well, we gave it a chance. There are definitely better options out there for basic sushi.

This place is definitely underrated and worth giving a shot.We got a few things to sample, all were good, the crunchy roll was excellent.Very convenient in the carmel mountain shopping center and the service couldn't be better - very nice staff. The inside is nice with sprinkles of Christmas themed decoration for the holdays.

Fast service for lunch. Too many rolls with fake crab, but there are some alternatives to rice and protein that are interesting.A little pricey for lunchtime.

Came in last minutes before closing with my family. Most restaurant staff would be perturbed with late walk-in customers but they were very welcoming and accommodating. Food was in pint and really have to give staff kudos for their excellent service!!

Saki Saki is an amazing place to grab sushi with friends or family. The food was spectacular. I ordered the dirty Diana and the sushi is some of the best I have ever had. They also had really great service and atmosphere. I had an overall great experience and definitely recommend Saki Saki.

The service and food of this spot is really great! My friend and I came for social hour, which is a good deal for the quality of the food. Highly recommend the lemon cilantro, fat boy, rock n roll, and crispy albacore rolls!!

Food was awesome! Service was excellent! We stopped in late on a Wednesday night and they treated us Hoosiers like their own! If you're in San Diego, I highly recommend! They even treated us with a complimentary Lemon Tart dessert! It was great too!
