The Salt and Lime is a small Mexican restaurant with a view of the Pacific Ocean, in Del Mar. The menu is à la carte. The chicken taco was good. The Birria taco was just ok. The fish taco was mostly cabbage, and little fish. The rice and beans had no flavor. The salt and lime cocktail was good. The michilada was good. The best item that we ordered at the restaurant was the hot salsa…. Boy, was it hot and tasty.

Food was delicious! We had the fish tacos! Well cooked and delicious mango salsa. Skinny Margaritas were very nice! The Avocado toast was huge! Service was a bit slow but we would definitely return!

Too expensive, for me bad service, but I look like a bum surrounded by millionaires no ATM in miles only 20 minute parking tacos in OB at Mike’s way cheaper way better just saying
