STELLAR service, flavors & vibe! Came here directly after some condescending service at a nearby restaurant but our interaction with Kevin at Salt & Straw turned the entire day around!! Kevin's ability to make every customer feel like the most valued human on the planet took me from a pretty annoyed mood (from my other experience) to over the moon happiness & excitement in less than 60 seconds!
We tried a handful of flavors & EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!...

Vibe: 8.5/10 - love that this location has seating options as well (although limited)

Service: 10/10 - all of the staff were extremely kind and pleasant to chat with, especially including the crowd control hostess!

Value: 8/10 - although pricy, the unlimited samples of their amazingly unique flavors makes it so worth it!
