Salt & Straw

Had the best experience at Salt N Straw UTC. To the guy who helped us 10 pm on this Friday night, absolute gem of a man —thank you for being so patient with us and walking us through every flavor and answering all of questions with enthusiasm. Made our week :) loved the cinnamon bun and cheddar flavor, thanks for the rec!

Everyone told me it was good, but you never know...
It wasn't good. It was most most fabulous excellent ice cream I've ever eaten. I trying to figure out how to move in.

My wife and I visited this location on the recommendation of a family member. It was our first time at salt and straw. The ice cream was amazing, but the service was even better. I want to specifically recognize Bosco. Bosco was incredibly kind to us, was patient with as we sampled different flavours, and spent some time to speaking with us and getting to know us. He really made our visit feel special. If there is anyone from the headquarters or upper management that is reading this, please if there is any special recognition you can give Bosco, I truly believe he deserves it.

Love their seasonal rotation. My favorite ice cream place. Their September apple cider donut flavor and the march (I think) banana parsnip are my favorites. Pear and blue cheese & strawberry balsamic are up there as well.

I can't tell you more than what has already been written. Well crafted ice-cream, amazing flavors.

Diana was so helpful and sweet. It was my first time visiting this business and she made the experience very fun. I asked about her favorite flavors and I really enjoyed them; I even got one. I got sea salt and caramel and snickerdoodle and I can’t wait to go back and try more.

Amazing ice cream, great selection, lots of samples and very large portions! I’m still tasting it in my mind! Wish they had one closer to me !

I looooove Salt & Straw! I like the experience of going to the store and buying ice cream. The employees are always nice and attentive, willing to give recommendations and explain the flavors, some of the flavors are weird but surprisingly tasty!
I totally recommend S&S. Go and try all the flavors you can :)

Just left, and wanted to shout out the girl working tonight with red ish hair and braided pigtails, she was holding the place down for sure, line was out the door and it was close to closing time, and she still had the best energy, best customer service and was helping keep everything organized in my opinion she went above and beyond customer service and maintained a smile on her face. People like her deserve recognition cause sadly not everyone gives that kind of energy or kindness
