Just left, and wanted to shout out the girl working tonight with red ish hair and braided pigtails, she was holding the place down for sure, line was out the door and it was close to closing time, and she still had the best energy, best customer service and was helping keep everything organized in my opinion she went above and beyond customer service and maintained a smile on her face. People like her deserve recognition cause sadly not everyone gives that kind of energy or kindness

The best ice cream ever

Please provide a variety of non-dairy options without coconut. Tree nuts and dairy are common allergies & I really wish I could have different flavor options other than one (severe coconut allergy).

Salt Straw has the BEST staff! They're incredibly friendly and genuinely excited to help you find your perfect flavor. The best part? They offer so many generous samples– seriously, they'll keep letting you taste test until you're absolutely sure. Such a fun and welcoming way to discover your new favorite ice cream! Highly recommend for the amazing service alone.

The absolute best ever

Upcycled food series this month. I enjoyed the coffee and stone fruit marmalade as well as the chocolate malted potato chip cupcake flavors

I always forget about salt and straw but I love what they do with flavor and texture.

I ordered delivery for my dad’s birthday and they went above and beyond with making it a really special gift. Thanks so much, he loved it and I really appreciate the consideration. This location is the best ice cream shop in the world <3

Came here for dessert. The flavors are inventive but nothing crazy tempted me after sampling them. I stuck to the classic sea salt caramel. Very delicious ?

Best ice cream in CA

I love the Salt & Straw monthly flavors, they are always so creative. I think this month’s berry flavors are some of my all time favorites. The goat cheese, marionberry, habanero is right up my alley. I absolutely love the sweet heat. Also definitely get a waffle cone or bowl with your scoop. There will be a line but it moves pretty quickly!
