Did the family pack for $45. 4 burgers, 4 fries. Added 1 bottled sprite, 1 bottled coke, out the door $65.05. Fries were good, 2 of the burgers were oversalted. I ended up getting 2 cups of my sodas with ice, they ran out of the bottles. It was not a problem until I was denied one refill of each. I paid 8 bucks for 2 full bottles of soda and got significantly less soda in cups. Ridiculous and a rip off.

I ordered for take out and unfortunately they forgot to add the bacon onion jam to my bacon burger. That made it really dry because I had double patties. Luckily, I had also the chili fries which were really good. That helped me to get the dry burger down my throat. But overall not satisfying because I mainly wanted to try their burger. Be sure to check that every ingredient is on the burger when you order for takeout, that was really a bummer.

Stopped by the Little Italy food hall to check it out for the first time earlier this week for dinner and Samburger caught my eye so I decided to check them out. They have a small counter and a kiosk where you place your order. You can see the staff cooking your food while you wait and the smell is delectable. I waited less than 5-10 minutes before my food was ready. The burger was delicious with soft buns and a juicy burger and cheese with grilled onions and their secret sauce. It was a tad salty towards the end which kind of surprised me as initially, I thought it wasn't so I'm gonna knock a point off for that. The tater tots were great with plenty of crunch and crispiness and dipping it into the ranch was a great combo. Overall, I had a good, filling meal here and even though the burger was a bit salty at the end, I would still recommend checking out Samburgers if you are stopping by the food hall and I'll be back to try their other signature burgers in the future.

Was excited to try this place but was disappointed in service! Not only did they make my order wrong but handed me the food back for me to deal with it. After hearing me complain to my party, they came and offered to fix it. 15 minutes later, they brought my loaded fries back barely any pulled pork. Then my friend next to me said they messed up his order too!! BBQ sauce is basically ketchup.

I loved the Sam experience. Drey was the chef that prepared our burgers, tots and drinks. The food was delicious and he was charming. A must stop for first class food and a reasonable price.

Great service with a great manager, Jason! Helped me after I messed up my own order. Very friendly and accomodationing.
My husband is a huge fan of Sam, The Cooking Guy. He dragged me over here to try Not Not Tacos, but none of the tacos sounded good to me. He didn't realize that several other restaurants were Sam's until we got there. He ordered tacos, I ordered a burger, and we both shared. The burger was the best I've ever had. The tots weren't anything special, but if you get the ranch to do them in, then they're amazing.

Burgers are 10/10 in taste. The service is not as good as expected due to the long lines. I was able to redeem the Yelp offer with no issues. The place is very popular and surrounded by nice touristy attractions.

Ordered a Double Not so Basic, Double Jalapeño, Chili fries, and a Poutine. Service was fast and cooked great. Dre was excellent and went above and beyond. He even got my nephew a juice box without even asking. The vibes of Samburger and not not tacos are great and the employees seem to really enjoy their work. I don't live in the area but whenever I'm in town I stop by here.
