I only wanted to go to Sam's to look at the plants and flower selection. When you enter, you have to flash your membership card. There are a lot of flower options to choose from. However, there was only one type of plant and they all looked sad. I didn't buy anything except a .25 water from their vending machine.

This has nothing to do with the actual site. I have always had good experiences. My complaint is how do you apply a tax to a annual membership? My bill showed no taxes. I tried to pay online like always and was taxed like a purchase. Went into the sit with no luck. Tried to call corporate with no luck. There was no notification that the membership would be taxed. I was informed that was in effect a year ago. Where is the notification. Though I love Sam's club this will be my last year of membership. I have been with the company since the 90's. This is very disappointing for the consumer when this is the "only" site for miles. I checked with Costco no taxes(hmmm). If you are trying re-coup the loss during Covid then mail, email, text etc some type of notification to your consumer. Corporate get on your job. Epic fail!!

I've been going to Costco way back when it was Price club in a multiple restaurant owner so I started going there they before yesterday I decided to check out the Sam's Club haven't ever been there and I have to tell you if they're trying to be like Costco my god they need to clean house with the management I was walking through the isles including the fresh food section which looks just like Costco in a lot of ways but to see the area of the poultry and meat where the packaging was like somebody went through there like a banshee. Packages were strong about I never saw something like this over at Costco so I asked for the manager I was just curious and there's a lady was walking up to me kind of short at first I thought this was a cleaning woman and it turns out she was a general manager she Musta had a bad night or something and even though I was telling her about that and the only reason I was sharing that information with her as I thought well maybe she's a walk on the floor something that you learn along time ago when you're supervising employees and they call that management by walking around. I could tell she didn't care as I was walking out the door I noticed a gentleman and and apparently I just had an interview with the same woman he said that he couldn't believe that for the first time in his life that the possibility of trying to get employment that would be impossible due to his age although he wasn't gray-haired but he was clearly over 55 years old he was invited for the interview and was not even given an opportunity to sit down with this manager she simply just took a few steps away from somebody was with and asked him what his name was he presented the invitation letter and then a few questions she wasn't even prepared to give the interview gently when you're going to give an interview you will already have the persons résumé with you so you can skim over it as you're asking questions and getting them to engage in a conversation apparently it wasn't even given this opportunity .he called the phone number on the invitation letter that apparently is if you have a concern about it talk to some lady there for probably a half an hour she agreed that it was probably Age prejudice and hope by making the company aware of it that they could talk to this woman. Anyway you won't see me in that store again,,,

Customers beware Sams club seems to CHEATS their customers in the meat department. You will see the photos to prove it !!! When I got home today I looked at the short ribs I bought the miss priced the meat by 2 dollars a pound then made me drive all the way back for a price adjustment . Where I was treated with hostility. Then asked for me to walk back to the meat department to adjust the price. This is just simple math I don't know why I couldn't be done at the register. It seem when asking for customer service just too difficult. They don't sell meat just they cheat you by selling you bones and FAT. Thanks for ripping me off Sam's club

Francisco at the tire shop at sams club was more than the best he exceeded the top. He fit me to schedule and made My experience awesome on helping me out with my car. I highly recommend going to him when it comes to changing your tires. You help me out with the best tires for my car!!!!!

Parking is always a hassle, carts were outside this time due to the door being broken. Lots of people that walk in the middle of the way traveling like snails and not moving over for people to pass. Reconstruction inside everything has been moved around, produce wasn't looking that great this visit. Finally had meal Containers which they have been out for the longest time. There serving icees now when they weren't for the longest time, plus I believe you can order food and walk around in store when before you couldn't eat or drink in store. Employees were nice and polite today which isn't always the case. Overall, great visit besides all the people in your personal bubble and not keeping 6ft away.

I love coming here with my family every other weekend. The door greeters are always so nice and interactive with us and our children. They adore our 3 year old daughter and she loves to see them and hear there complements about her hair or what she's wearing that day. With covid going on still, its nice to still interact with people when its a time of age were people aren't so content with doing so. Thank you .
I love sams club, the food court at Costco is better but I still prefer sams overall. The only reason I keep my Costco membership is for the gas station. Sams has the products people tend to hoard more often then Costco and the option to completely skip allllll lines and check out on your phone out weighs everything else

Sam's club sucks. First and last time here, only came here to check it out. The place is dirty, trash cans overflowing, wrappers on the floors. Watch your wallet too or some customers might try to snatch it out of your pocket. employees look like they need a shower. Costco is way better. Shop Costco.

You can choose Costco or Sam's but Sam's membership is cheaper- however, no gas around here and much less items. For what we need it's usually sufficient. I'd like to say that it's a much better value than the Costco card but not really considering the negatives. So they probably balance out to a degree. Believe it or not though, I have seen some of the exact name-brand items for less here than at Costco. We thought overall it was worth joining here, especially with practically no lines ever, which to me translates to less stress. I do like the fact that there's minimal traffic in parking lot, and they've been offering curbside pickup as most places. I order through the app then, practically done. You choose a pickup time and that's it. So smooth. There's specific parking spots in front for this. We were members years ago, but took advantage of Groupon deal even though our Costco membership is current. I have to think now if I will return to Costco or take a hiatus. Or both again?? Decisions, decisions.
