I ordered same day delivery, it was scheduled for 8-10 am. When I checked the status it said Delivered, but I didn’t receive my order and they didn’t check my ID as was stated in their policy. They said there was a signature but couldn’t say who signed for it. I asked for items to be rescheduled. They said ok but when I asked when , what time? The guy said when he had time to redo the order. I won’t renew my membership with Sam’s Club next year. Amazon and food delivery see have photos to confirm delivery at the correct address.

Takes 40 minutes to get a curbside order under $200. Me and 5 month old baby, in the heat, running my car for 40 minutes for an order. App says to call after 10 minutes of waiting -
No one answers the phone. Last time
I was here and went inside 3 times for help at the 25 minute mark. Managers Todd and Benny came out last time but it still took 40 minutes to get my stuff. Don’t rely on a curbside order for your holiday meal. Old lady out here waiting - she’ll be waiting. In 40 minutes I could have shopped for both of us, scan and go in 20 minutes. Going inside defeats the purpose of curbside.

Thank you the bakery dept we ordered a 2 tier cake for my nieces bday celebration. It was moist and delicious. Added a few flowers and it was perfect.

The manager of this Sams Club is a nasty demeaning woman with horrible customer service ability. I can’t believe that anyone would allow this Jenny person to manage a store in a major city! All the managers there are just completely rude to customers for asking simple questions! Sams Club needs to drain this swamp asap!! Apparently she fired a bunch of employees in the last few weeks after they were already understaffed….. Mismanagement at its finest
