Solid family owned business, everything came out really fast. We got the PB smoothie and strawberry banana one. My only complaint is the PB smoothie was made with crunchy peanut butter and it smooth so there were nuts unexpectedly. Pro tip is ask for the drink with no ice as the yogurt and fruit are already chilled and you don't want to pay for ice lol.

This is the worst location if you want a real good sandwich go to the El Cajon blvd this is my second attempt to eat a sandwich and it was a fail . The first time they gave me cucumbers that we're about an inch width and I call the girl to complain about it. She said she was sorry and that I would get a free sandwich. I didn't Yelp because I thought I would give them another chance this time even worse I couldn't even take a bite of my sandwich because it was so stuffed avocado was about another inch thick. As soon as I took a bite it just fell apart. I really don't understand why the person that made this sandwich has to cut it so thick! I know people like a sandwich with all these ingredients but I've been to the other location and they don't make a mess out if this sandwich . I didn't have time to go back because i was on a lunch break and I just threw it away ! We are all trying to make it with prices going up on everything but when you pay 23 for a sandwich I can't even enjoy and a smoothie I think it's only fair to review so they can be aware .... Thank you but I will be going back to the El Cajon location from now on ...

I love this place EXCEPT for the fact that they don't have prices anywhere on their menus. So really you have to ask for prices or just find out while checking out. It is a little on the pricey side. I've tried their bowls, smoothies, and sandwiches. The space inside is small and not very much seating. They have a few chairs and tables outside which is convenient. It can get a little loud inside because of the blenders so I recommend sitting outside!

Man the selection of original smoothies was overwhelming in a good way. There are plenty of interesting options. Everytime I've gotten a smoothie they've been refreshing and filling.
Another little "diamond in the rough" or in other words, a wonderful small but efficient store that has much to offer in terms of smoothies, sandwiches and also fresh wheatgrass for their customers healthy choices. I especially appreciated how easy it was to call ahead for my order (of wheatgrass) and when I got there "Michael P." had it made, packed up, put in cold storage and all ready to be picked up. I was a little late to arrive so I was happy that he did not leave it out, rather kept it fresh in the freezer and did not give me a hard time about being there at least 20-30 minutes after I said I would be there. I have always found the staff most friendly and accommodating.

Delicious!!! Every time I come in, everything on the menu is so fresh and delicious. I'm puzzled that there are No Prices on the menu??? I love this place, wish they had more locations. It's a must try!!!!

don't come here unless ur looking for soup in a bowl. literal smoothies are thicker than the 'bowls'. went to request a better bowl and they said that's what the bowls are apparently although the menu pictures otherwise. slow service and limited seating, not much redeemable about this place better off going to ever bowl. pictured: pitaya bowl right after being given to me not waiting in the car to get home or anything
