I have been going to this poke restaurant since it opened years ago. I was a costumer of the Mango mango establishment at that location prior. I work around the corner so it has been a place I frequent for lunch 2-3 times a month. Even purchased Gift cards for co-workers. I went this past Friday. The next day I realized my credit card was missing. The only place I used my card that day was there. I called the restaurant twice. The man who answered told me that they didnt have my credit card. Didnt even check he was so quick to answer. I was unsatisfied with his answer because there was 0 effort to check I called a second time and asked if he could perhaps just check? He had so much attitude and when I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager because the restaurant is family owned and he was family. He flat out REFUSED to check if they had my card. His excuse was " I was here all day yesterday, if someone left a card I would know" I again asked if he could just make sure and check and he said no. his reply "Like I said I would know, because I was here all day yesteday". I even said. Im sure you took a lunch or a break? because it was actually a woman who charged helped me. He said he would still know! The attitude was completely unnecessary. Just check. it takes a second and gives your costumers some peace of mind. Take my name incase it comes up? Ask the person that actually helped me? . NOTHING. It was like dealing with a stubborn teenage boy. I am not accusing the restaunt of keeping my card. But his attitude was not necessary. He just would NOT check as he said he wouldnt because he already knew. I wont be purchasing $17 poke bowls at this establishement to say the least. Will buy at the new Poke restaurant down the street moving forward.

Really fresh poke if you're in the area! I picked salmon & shrimp and added this soy sauce mixed with wasabi into the protein. It was too good. Plus their toppings selection were delicious. We gotta give it to a poke spot that offers pineapple & kimchi as a topping! Great price point for the amount they serve

The food is actually good. But what is baffling is that they charge you for extra sauce. Ok that's fine. But then they add a tax to the extra sauce. So one little container of extra sauce is 65 cents. Talk about a mark up. Just annoying that they're the closest to my house.

Everything tastes as any poke should, but the service size of the protein at this location leaves a lot to be desired. Other poke places use a bigger scoop and don't weigh every single piece of fish like this place does, save your money go somewhere

Great service. Welcomed me as I came in the door. Seafood was very fresh. They even had salmon belly which was a bonus to have. I will be back for sure. Can sodas little high in price. Would like to see recycle bin for the soft drinks.

I ordered some food from this place from door Dash. I should have to walk in and get it. Being I have gone there before and had a great experience but realizing DoorDash will grant me a different experience. The poke weren't even near the rim, and what gets me is this Mochi Ice Cream cost me $3.25!!!! Just for one piece!!!!! How ridiculous is that?!!! I won't bother to order through DoorDash for this place. It best in person at their store for the Poke dishes and the ice cream. If that is how they served in the store. I will had to say... damn this is some high end Mochi Ice Cream !!! But I didn't tasted its prices... Anyways... luckily other sides make up for the rest of the dishes .......

They give you the tiniest portion possible and then grossly overcharge you for that! I've never seen such horrible customer service. To add insult to injury the food is not good. It is difficult to understand why anyone goes to this place!

This was our first visit, and we will definitely be back! The servers were very friendly and helpful! We were encouraged to try multiple sauces and protein types. Everything was delicious and fresh, and there were so many choices of add ons, it was tough to pick! There wasn't a lot of seating, but they package things well that could be picked up to go.
The bowls were delicious but I found a blonde hair in the spam Musubi. Had to throw it out. Luckily I already finished the bowl so it didn’t ruin my

Ok fantastic place. Delicious food and amazing service. The reason I marked it 3 stars is because I cant stand cheap establishments. I understand cutting cost but when you make it so obvious that making money is more important than the customer it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Super skimpy with everything and a dollar here and there is just plain annoying. And the chopsticks and fork are literally the cheapest you can get. Its kind of nuts. I been to other poke chops and for not too much more they would throw in as many sides on there and only charge for the fish toppings on there and some other ones like avocado. They understand return customers. I will never come back and its not because of the quality of food or the amazing people but whoever the owner is. Raise your prices or something but stop being cheap.
