The service is absolutely terrible, one of the staff Bianca was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked she should be more mindful of how she speaks to her customers she said “ you’re the one giving me attitude” mind you, I was patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge me so I can order, and when she came she was already coming with a hostile attitude , poor customer service and absolute rudeness. I asked kindly and politely if I may have orange juice instead of the milk and apple sauce and I’ll pay for it. She said no we don’t give that. I said please can I have orange juice knowing that they have it in the fridge behind her. With hostility she put the drink on the countertop . Employees that are agressive and have a bad temper shouldn’t be working in an environment where families come with their children to enjoy their time.

The food was pretty good, but the employees where a little rude, quick service and clean atmosphere.

Had the BLT it was yummy. Chips were crunchy. Bread was nicely toasted sour dough. They had onions on the BLT that was different (just ok) but everything else on the sandwhich was good. I also want to try the Italian sub next time.
Wish they would have mayo on the sandwhich.

Little bit expensive for what it is, but the sandwiches were tasty, albeit a little dry.
Two sandwiches and two drinks came out to over thirty, and it hurts my head to see a grilled cheese be $15.29
Vegetarian options: One item on the menu is vegetarian, the vegetarian sandwich. Comes with Brie, artichoke, red bell pepper, green leaf lettuce, tomato, Italian aioli spread on the side on toasted sourdough bread.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is either a grilled cheese or a turkey sandwich. Apple slices, animal crackers and milk with a tote and reusable cup.

Ridiculously overpriced for a subpar sandwich, I specifically asked for the not special cups but they still charged me for them,

We had a ham and cheese and a BLT sandwich. They were both outstanding!! The bread was sturdy and held the sandwiches together perfectly. The kettle chips that came with the sandwich were delicious. The service was quick and the restaurant was clean. Hard to believe we were eating ‘zoo food’…! They also had various ice cream sundaes, which looked amazing. Next time we will try one. Definitely recommend if you want something besides a hotdog or fries.

After getting totally ripped off at Sea world I was pleasantly surprised as to the quality, price and service at this restaurant at the Zoo.

Good option for sandwiches and/or salads while visiting the Zoo. My Cali BLT was well prepared and I liked the sourdough bread. The line was also relatively short and the service was fast, particularly compared to other restaurants in the zoo.

A complete Money waste!! The avocado toast should be renamed to ‘a toast with mashed avocado on the side’!! The lettuce and tomato drizzled with a bit of balsamic again on the side!! Absolutely way over priced. Never visiting back.
This is the worst place I’ve been to in my life. They need to go back to McDonalds for breakfast sandwich training before working here. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
