1st time.ordering from here, not terrible, but not good. Was looking for authentic food and was disappointed. Also, chips were so stale.
Solid and convenient Mexican spot. Obviously SD has many to pick from but I find myself here often as their menu is the best all around option in PB with a drive thru. Love me the La Paz Burrito and Buenos Dias breakfast burrito

Girl behind the counter seems angry, only two salsas for two burritos. Maybe Santanas should not take the salsa fund from her paycheck? Also, if you don’t speak Spanish, don’t come here, she will belittle you. Food is great but would be better with more salsa and no angry girl behind the counter.

Super greasy burritos coming out of wrap and taste soggy. Also requested rice and did not provide it.

I ordered the grilled chicken taquitos and the description on DoorDash said crispy rolled tortillas and I received soft shell tacos. I called to ask if that’s how they’re supposed to be because the description said crispy. They gave me the run around and kept talking about the lettuce when I wasn’t even talking about the lettuce. I wasn’t expecting a re do or anything, I just wanted to let them know how it was described on doordash. Don’t order these expecting taquitos, you will be disappointed.

I graduated from San Marcos high school in 2004 and went to the OG Santanas at least 2x per week for years… every time I come here it’s a little slice of home and some of the best Mexican food around. Also, the dudes here are the NICEST - I drive here from North Park (passing a lot of other spots) to eat here. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Paid $70 for 5 dishes. 2 tacos, a burrito, flautas, nachos and a torta. The tacos have zero sauce. Just dry meat on a corn tortilla. The flautas were so soggy they were mush. The nacho toppings were all so cold the cheese didn't melt at all. The torta was basically bread and guacamole with a little bit of cold meat. I wouldn't even give this to my dog.

Usually a good California burrito. This time it had zero carne asada in it. I mean none. I’ll be sure to go to adalbertos on Rosecrans from now on.

Always good food. Probably the best came asada from any restaurant.
