I walked in to Sbarro for dinner I order 2 slices of cheese pizza š was serve cold pizza! Then I ask for Parmesan cheese and cashier and server said we are out nothing left, With an attitude's, them the cashier responded Spanish, I told you we out !!! With an attitude which I ask in English. I donāt understand why people are so unprofessional and so disrespectful to customers.

I donāt like writing bad reviews and normally this place is pretty good if you order in person but today I used their online order and nothing went right.
They didnāt see my order until I walked in and told them. It took 10 minutes to make it however it wasnāt made to the online specifications and then the lady at the counter told me after I showed her what was listed on the pizza that āthat isnāt how it is made any moreā. This pizza pictured in the box is what I was handed. Only tomatoes, red onion and spinach on it.
Iām 5 months pregnant and I bought it for my work team and didnāt have the energy to argue with her. But Iām highly disappointed in the interaction by far. The rest of it could have been an easy solution but telling me that the pizza doesnāt come like that when those are the listed ingredients is ridiculous.

Came after the movies and for one they did not have too many options with out meat. Second when they were butchering the slice of pizza we asked for with the thongs instead of a pizza cutter , she left most of the cheese and pizza on the other slice. Horrible service and not that many choice of drinks either. Donāt come here. I have pictures and I would hope they would let me post them here but they donāt.

Great quick stop for a slice of pizza or pasta. Their Italian cuisine is consistent here with their branches in New York and other locations on the east coast. This is the cheapest chicken parm with pasta you can get in San Diego but still has really good quality for being considered fast food. Would highly recommend stopping here after a trip to the movies or shopping in the fashion valley area or mall.

(see pic to view hair in pizza ew!) We went to sbarro for our weekly pizza night and ended up going somewhere else after. Cashiers with nasty attitude and horrible quality food. We were helped by cashier āValeriaā who was the opposite of kind, while ordering she kept saying āwhat?ā to the point where I repeated my order about 4 times and she seemed upset when I made my voice louder. She caught a bigger attitude than she already had and seemed angry as if she did not want to help me. Itās the little things that count when you eat out, all I got was flat soda with no ice and nasty food. I donāt have high expectations when getting food court pizza, but standards are a thing. Our pizza was nasty, cold and had a big hair on it!! I informed Valeria and she just gave me a blank stare as if she was incompetent. She just seemed so angry that when we said something she sighed out loud. The hair in the slice was enough to get me mad but this was next level. She ended up offering a refund as long as i Threw the food away, in which I happily did. We were more pleased with little cesarās than this stuff. Save your time and skip Sbarros, especially if āValeriaā is working!!

Visited this Sbarro after a 15 year hiatus from the chain... Looking forward to another 15 years! Overpriced, mediocre food, and the beverage cup fell apart before I got to drink it. Not impressed for the price. Skip it if you can.
