Woody's is the best place to grab a quick bite on the Pacific Beach boardwalk (okay, it's a concrete walk/bike/skate path-no boards). It's pretty busy on weekends but on a weekday lunch hour, its very little wait, and their food is excellent and very moderately priced, for a location right on the beach. There are gallery seats (stools, actually) in a shaded upstairs spot with a great view. I've visited Woody's several times (3 or 4), and it has been very pleasant and satisfying, and it's located a nice, relaxing walk from the Belmont Park parking lot, so walk the beach and drop in to Woody's for a nice meal, then walk down to Crystal pier at the end of Garnet Ave and then walk back to where you parked by the Giant Dipper roller coaster; a day at the beach is never wasted!

Stopped at Woody's for breakfast with the family before heading out to explore the area.Breakfast Burrito was amazing!Location was fantastic, we sat eating out breakfast looking out over the beach watch the world go by and the surfer's catch some waves.

Nice place in front of the beach, ideally to have breakfast after a run or before going to the beach.Most of the eating area is in an open without shade. I recommend to bring a hat.Breakfast ends at 12:00pm.The only think I didn’t like and I think it’s a problem they don’t have a restroom. You can find a public restroom a few minutes from there but sometimes it’s crowded and unclean.

This is a great breakfast place with a terrific view and tasty food. Get there early and expect a wait. The line gets really long and the seating is minimal. It would be smart to have someone scope out a seating area while someone else orders. My kids' biggest complaint is not enough seating and long wait for food but it's totally worth it!

Awesome spot for breakfast and coffee. Right in the beach with great views of the water and surfers. Fast service and good food. We had the breakfast burrito and the avocado toast which were both delicious. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic location with all the things needed for a great way to start the day. The casual dining and people watching is top notch, with a beach view. They’re only open until 3p but I would stay all day. Quiet and friendly staff. The food is simple and delish. I couldn’t decide for the banana and strawberry pancakes or the poppeye scramble. So I went with the poppeye scramble tejano style with a smoothie. I’m off caffeine today, but will be back tomorrow for the pancakes and coffee!

Great spot for breakfast on many levels. Awesome view of Pacific Beach from the balcony dining area, friendly staff, and simple yet delicious food. No table service here but they will bring your food to you. For parking, save yourself the hassle and park in the public garage. They validate

Good food, good location, good prices.They also have a rather good selection of hot sauce that will spicy your plate up if needed.Sky deck view is also great, perfect for sunsets.There is nothing else to add.

Breakfast was amazing!! Very flavorful and fresh. Best breakfast we have had in a long time from a restaurant. Great atmosphere. I mean seriously get to eat delicious food outside while looking at the ocean and passer bys...They even have a water bowl and doggy treats set out for all the doggies jogging by. Woody's was the best place we visited on our list.??

The perfect place to start your morning! On the boardwalk coffee and special coffees available if you want. That tasted wonderful. Oh ya, the breakfast was amazing cinnamon French toast, power protein egg whites with veggies and my son had the breakfast burrito. We did not have to wait to long and the view was magnificent! I am very critical and I give this place and all around including service an A+!!!
