My wife and I stayed at the restaurant and did not know this existed! We went both nights we stayed and wish we could of gone moreIt’s absolutely phenomenal. The best drinks in town, INCREDIBLE food. The ambience is next level. It was raining one of the times we were there and did not stop the experience being top.Food ranges from adorable pizza and pasta - and goes about 30 for other things so a great range for all price points.I had the lamb pasta, the aranchini, lots of cocktails, tiramisu (best in the city) a shrimp started also….This was an incredible time I couldn’t recommend it more .

Food was pretty good, but the service was really slow. We went when it wasn't too busy and there weren't a lot of people but we had to wait a while for food. Server was pretty nice. The views were absolutely stunning and the atmosphere was gorgeous!

If you love a great vibe and rooftop dining, Seneca is the spot! The service all around was amazing--with friendly and welcoming smiles from all the staff! The views of the city, the Coronado Bridge, the bay, and the sunset were spectacular! The food was delicious as were our accompanying cocktails. We ordered the margherita pizza, the burrata, and the aranchini balls for appetizers and the steak with a side of potatoes for our entries. Everything was cooked to perfection and awakened our taste buds!We can't wait to go again to try the other items on the menu! Reservations highly recommended!

Pictures of the interior don’t do it justice. Staff was great and very accommodating despite the weird situation with rain closing out the outdoor patio. We started with the Focaccia and was such a great impression to what we ordered later. My partner ordered the Agnolotto Verde Di Tartufo and ordered Lasagna Verde Alla Bolognese — both meals were pretty good, and honestly was surprised how massive my meal was.If you have room in your stomach and a sweet tooth, definitely would recommend Tiramisu.

My family and I were victims of discrimination by the receptionist... she didn't give us a table even though there was availability... terrible service... we went to dinner at the Stake House on the 1st. Floor of the Frisco's building where they gave us our place and they treated us best... the food was very good...

Great food + unique atmosphere + top notch service = excellent food experience.Loved the unique aesethic of this place, classy, modern and chic. A little bit old-timey Italian which I loved. The service was top notch, Max was absolutely excellent and walked us through everything! The focaccia and whipped mascarpone was otherworldly— highly recommend! (But do be warned, it will fill you up!)The penne al pomodoro was light and cooked al dente. Loved the lemoncello almonds to finish off the meal, I always need a little sweet at the end.Overall, Seneca was a wonderful experience and I'd recommend to anyone in San Diego.

We started with truffle arancini and brussels sprouts which were both delicious. As a second course we bought the margerita pizza and the penne al pomodoro, the pasta was honestly not one of our favorites but the pizza was delicious. And do yourself a favor and order the tiramisu, we love it.
