Love this place. The prices are great, fast and friendly service, and the veggie burrito is exactly how one should be.

Solid (& borderline authentic) downtown SD taco place. Had lengua, tripa, and suadero. Salsa is not very spicy, though. The place can accommodate ~8 people for dining in.

I wish there was consistency. The first time I came, the food was really good so I decided to come back. Then I was disappointed. It wasn't as good anymore. It was really sad. I was expecting the same good taste. My visits were about a month apart so I expected the same consistency on the food. Price is pretty reasonable at least.

Happy they’re back open again after the building finished its construction. Been coming here for the last 2 years and it’s always been a good experience with great food and the gentleman doing the cooking has ALWAYS been very friendly and expedient with getting your food to you.

Easily one of the best taquerias in the area. Not a blingin, trendy vibe, but solid for flavor, size, and freshness. I've made the rounds of the gas lamp district, as I live here regularly for work. This is the best bang for buck.

I tried this small taco place when the famous taco shop in the Gaslamp Quarter had a line going out the door on a Saturday night. I ordered adobada, carne asada and carnitas tacos and they were all delicious. This place was so good I ate here again a couple of days later and had the saudero taco special along with a adobada taco (my favorite). This place looks like it's been here a while and I can see why, definitely worth checking out

Rating 4 stars for value but food is 3 star without value perspective. This no-frills taco shop does the job for a quick, cheap, easy taco. One of the better values if cost/value is focus.I had the Carnitas taco and added some verde with pico. Carnitas was well done but average for the style.

The worst and most disgusting taco I have ever tried in my life (and I've eaten a lot of tacos) I had one small bite and felt sick. I am hoping I don't get food poisoning as it tasted foul, I had the beef taco :( do not eat here.
