Hilarious - when I saw the name of the Restaurant, I thought it was a restaurant of human meat on the menu!Ha! Well, with a name like, "Human Bistro" ya never know, ya know- ya just never know. I can't wait to stop in and have a leg, I mean a Latte. : )

What an immersive experience! Not only is the food incredible but the art presentation I just saw was one of the best, original creations I have ever seen. This is the best counter point for art, food and culture in San Diego hands down.
