I often look for the soul in my kombucha. This did not have the workings of a very good one. Taste like vinegar. The Tap Shack is the best I have tried in the SD area so far (only been here a short time). Small batch helps keep the soul of the booch, Howling Moon may have been good at one point but I think they now miss what makes a good booch. Even big corporate booch is better.
My favorite San Doego kombucha!
The people at Seven Seas Kombucha are the most friendly people you will ever meet and to top it off they also make the best kombucha I've ever tasted. Always amazing and unique flavors to try and the quality is top notch.
You can really sea how much love that Seven Seas Kombucha puts in to their small batch kombucha. While I thought all of the flavors were yummy, I thought Sea Breeze (blueberry, sea salt, and coriander) and Garden of Eden and (pomegranate, chamomile, and rose) were quite exceptional! We brought those two flavors to Coronado Island beach on New Years Eve to watch the last sunset of 2020 and let me tell you, it was perfection ?Seven Seas Kombucha delivers straight to your door and have a bottle buy back program (because you’re definitely going to want more!) The six constant flavors are Cactus Nectar, Sea Breeze, Mint Mosaic, Tuktuk Tea, Garden of Eden, and Island Hopper. They also have two rotating flavors, iced tea and iced coffee!
Best Kombucha and friendly staff!
Hidden treasure at Sorento valley, literally hidden. Greeted by beautiful Gloria and great warm smile from Kevin, very friendly staff team here. They have 6 kombucha on the menu and one not in the menu. Also one Cold brew coffee. The new flavor they have is Horchata. The place is very cozy and have few seating area. One couch area sand two tables and chairs and few bar stools.I chose TukTuk tea, Island Hooper, Catus Nectar and Sea breeze. The flavors were very distinct and as aromatic as it gets, but from inside. Very less acidic compared to other Kambuchas i had. And this is the first time I am having Kambuchas from Tap, wow.Cactus Nectar and Sea Breeze are my favorite, but I like them all.Prices are fairSingle Pour 12oz $4Flight 4oz $5Growler 32oz $8 for fill and one time $4 for the bottle.I will be here soon.
I ordered online and delivery was fast. Two of the four flavors I've ordered have been great! I'll definitely be a returning (delivery) customer.
Local craft Kombucha. 5 flavors. Friendly owners/operators. If you love Kombucha as much as I do. This is a small business you want to support. My favorite is the Hops. Great alternative to a beer and oh so refreshing.
Best Kombucha and friendly staff!
Cleanest tasting booch!

Prior to partaking of the Seven Seas tasting experience, I didn't really think I liked kombucha. Come to find out it's just mass-market commercial stuff I don't care for. THIS BREW IS FABULOUS!! Turns out it's not more sugar that makes such a difference, either, it's love:-) Lori doesn't come out and say that, but there you have it. Really carefully prepared kombucha in small, brilliantly-brewed batches is out of this world!
Very cool little place to meet up with friends for Kombucha.
Cute little place with reasonably priced kombucha, pleasant music, and friendly staff. I enjoyed the variety of kombucha choices they had as well. The flight of 4 tasters was a great way to sample a bunch of them!

Great spot. The owners are very friendly and made me feel welcome. The different flavors of kombucha are very unique and I'd recommend all of them.
