The Shamrock drink I had for St. Patrick's day was DELICIOUS!!!! My kids don't eat meat off the bone; however, my son devoured the bone-in wings. The XL pretzel was my favorite. Shrimp cocktail was also good, as well as the Carne Asade taco.

We stayed at the Marriott and really enjoyed breakfast and dinner at Shake. They serve Starbucks coffee, smoothies, and American breakfast fare. For dinner, the wine selection was good. The French Rosé I had was excellent and paired well with their Caprese salad. Our server, Vernon, was fantastic. I would definitely eat here again.

The service was okay . Definitely gone down hill. I use to love this place . I asked for a late check out because I’m an an elite . That never happened. I was better off keeping my old status, where they treated me well . It was a letdown for

While staying at the Marriott Pulse Vacation Club in San Diego, we stopped in here for a drink before heading out to dinner. They have a nice cocktail list, some top shelf offerings, and Vern – a very enthusiastic bartender! The drinks he prepared for us were great and his service was excellent. The venue is rather blah, boring, and echoey loud, as it’s a bar in the middle of what looks like a large, high-roofed room.We stopped back in the next morning for coffee and the staff was helpful and friendly. They offer a full breakfast, as well as fruits, snacks, pastries, etc.

Stopped in to get dinner. We sat at the bar where Laura waited on us. Our entire meal down to what we drank was her recommendation. The dessert was even her recommendation. The meal was a grilled chicken sandwich, the So Cal sandwich with avocados etc which was great and we had the toffee cake...to die for.Appetizers...we had the bruchetta...excellent.

Shake is a nice bar. It's part of the Marriott Vacation Club. It serves a small but varied collection of coffees and breakfast items in the morning and drinks at night. We visited Shake a couple times and were well treated for each visit. The prices are as expected for a resort type property. We'd return to Shake if we stayed at the hotel again. However, there is no reason to go out of your way to try this place.

This bar is very different and cool. Has a good selection of music and old school selection of motion pictures playing on the wall. The drinks are pretty pricey but also good. You get what you pay for.

My 6yo has special needs and autistic tendencies. When he started freaking out over the live music and dim lighting on a Friday night, the server and hostess kindly allowed us to have our dinner in the hotel lobby. It was a bit of a clumsy set-up (since the small tables were not intended for this purpose), but they served us with no hesitation. We were very grateful. The prime rib and salmon were delicious. But the kindness and service was remarkable!
