The burgers were disgusting. There's no other way to describe them

It's not really any cheaper than in and out and quality is closer to McDonald's. Definitely better than McDonald's but idk it just wasn't very good. If it was significantly cheaper than in and out I would say it's worth it but its not

I just wanted to say, my service here, they really went beyond my expectations, so I wanted to give them a shout out.

My family went here today, and we had a mixup with our order. My cousin accidentally made a duplicate order, after a combination of errors between the kiosk and in-person register.

It was absurdly busy, the place was totally packed, but management came out to our table and sorted everything out in short order. They worked fast. They refunded the duplicate order. They may have been within their rights to tell us to pound sand, but they didn't.

The service here, they're under crazy pressure, orders flying off the counter, but they were still really cool.

I really enjoy Shake Shack food. The difference with this visit is the hospitality and the atmosphere you enjoy with good hospitality. It was lacking. Not one employee greeted anyone, and it appears they were all just going through the motions. I've received that from Shake Shack before, so training has changed, or management is not keeping up with their standards.

The best fast food burger hands down. Marked down one star for the price. A single patty cheeseburger, cheese fries, and milkshake is around $21.

Great food and the staff was very helpful. They didn’t just say the catsup is over there, they went and got it for us. Clean environment as well. Fries are yummy! Perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Loved the free refills.

Very good burgers with tasty high-quality meat on a sweetish bun. I just wish they'd offer some toppings to give it more texture and flavor, like cold crunchy iceberg lettuce and a raw onion slice. The fries are average.

Decent food, very good sauces, and the burger was excellent. I will say that the bacon cheese fries just have queso dropped on them, so they’re similar to nachos, but unfortunately it came out somewhat cold.

The peach sweet tea is great though!
