Absolutely love it here!! I recently tried their special edition gochujang milkshake and it was delicious! Service is always quick and the staff are incredibly nice! Whats also great is there’s a computer to order on as well - and the machine works great! I’ve never had an order messed up! This is definitely my go to spot for burgers😊🍔

I wanted to see if you wanna go here for a good service please stay away this place had to refund me three times because I paid for something and they kept forgetting that I have a gluten allergy. Worst service ever.

Felt overpriced for portion and quality. Ordered a double bacon avocado cheeseburger (delicious), Korean chicken sandwich (SO small/very mediocre), cheese fry (hardly any cheese/seemed plastic), and shake for $51

Fast service for a large party of 6. Not thrilled about the price of fries.. wish there was an option for combos, rather than ordering each item individually.. that was nuisance but I think that's how it the system (first time to a shake shack).
Thr shakes were delicious though.. paying extra $0.49 for whipped cream was disappointing.

We stopped by in a Wednesday afternoon, not a lot of people in line and it's a quick service. We enjoy the patio dining area.

We have been having burgers here many times, it's always been great! But it's getting more expensive over time.

A family member got a smoke shake burger from me as a takeout order and about 20 minutes later I ate that burger. ❤️ I absolutely love Love LOVED IT!!😍 So ridiculously tasty! It makes other burgers taste cheap and tiny!!

Generally, neat and good arrangement of seating. Clean bathroom. However, cleanliness of the aisles and under table areas must be monitored regularly.
Staff is friendly and helpful . Waiting time around 15 minutes.

After 5 years, it’s time to return to Shake Shack in La Jolla! I tried the ShackBurger with pickles and sliced onions, while my sister went for the Avocado Bacon Chicken sandwich and Bacon Fries. It’s nice to sit both inside or outside, but we preferred the outdoor seating. The food was super yummy, even if it’s a bit oily, haha! It’s a burger, so why be shocked? Lol. Definitely easy and when you miss burger, time to return.

Plus I like burger rather chicken hehe.
