First time to a Shake Shack. Definitely not a shack, high tech to me. Place your order and pay at a terminal go sit down and the food arrives. Good. A bit more expensive than I thought it would be.

Reading other people’s comments that it was delicious, I also had high expectations. Let’s talk about the price first. It’s much more expensive than IN-N-OUT… but if it tastes good, it’s worth it. But I think it’s worth it. I'm quite disappointed XDIt's not that it's not delicious, but it's just... ordinary, so ordinary that I forgot its taste (about a week later)If you want to recommend it or not, but you want to try it, that’s fine. But if you ask me to choose again, I will definitely choose to eat in n out.(I don’t know if it’s because I chose gluten-free bread that it didn’t taste good...)

The burger is mega small, the flavor is tasteless, quite expensive for what they offer. There is no one to take the order, you have to take your order and they also give you a tip option, tip for what?? I don't think I'll go back. I feel disgusted and my stomach is inflamed . I definitely didn't like it

I counted 10 employees working, six of them we’re doing nothing except staring at me while I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes. Zero hustle, zero motivation to do anything. I ended up walking out.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. The place is very clean, ascetics are very pleasing, great location, terrific service. I just couldn't figure out if I actually liked the burger. It had a backend taste that I couldn't figure out, could have been the caramelized onions and whatever they were cooked in or with. They were also a bit slimy for me. I will try the shack burger next time (no slimy onions). The fries were good, and decent ranch. So, still not sure if I'm a fan. I will update when I try the regular burger.Parking: The parking is behind the stores in a parking garage. Had to ask someone where to park.

Really just so so. Burgers are way too small. Fries are just fries. I think they can do a lot better if they tried.
I’ve been to this location several times. The food is consistently hot and fresh. The last time, my bag was missing one of the items I ordered, but I didn’t notice until I got home. I called the store, but they were unable to give me a credit over the phone. I returned last night and Josh was wonderful. He listened and provided an apology and a solution. Great service!

My go to place for good food in a jiffy ?. I have been to the Del Mar location for many many times. The quality and taste of the food, and services have been pretty consistent. I like how there are options for both burgers and chicken sandwiches. Either a burger or a chicken sandwich with Avocado is my fav.
