I'm from out of town for a close friends wedding and im in the Shake Shack in little Italy and Torre personality made me feel at home. She went out of her way to make me feel at home and also made sure I knew what I was ordering. Great Service!. THANK YOU Torre!. I will definitely recommend this spot Thanks to Torre!. I got extremely sick about 30 minutes after eating the cheese sauce here. I would avoid ordering this as it seems they don’t properly store it properly.
I’m a vegetarian and Shake Shack is by far the best option for fast food. Their patty is delicious!

A little busy, but food was great and the staff were polite. Parking is very limited. A half dozen or so parking spots on site with a 1hr time limit. If you can park there, some street parking with a meter or a paid parking lot nearby
