We order and the guy at the counter was not even paying attention to us. He got all of our order wrong and then gaslighted us saying that was not what we asked and that we needed to do the line again to re order. What a joke! Also a homeless guy went in and staff did not do anything

Bit of a tradition to eat at shake Shack when visiting the US. This location doesn't disappoint. Burgers were perfectly cooked. Black and white shake was awesome. Added malt to it to elevate the flavors even more. Restaurant is clean. Can order on kisoks.
