the girl who works the register is a beautiful amazing human being. i miss eating here so much but my boyfriend moved out of the area. btw the wagyu egg rolls are pricey but they are absolutely worth it as a splurge treat. trust me. there are few things that i’ve tasted that are as good as them.
Great food and friendly service. Folks working there were super helpful and nice. I recommend it.

Thanks for not only offering a fully vegan version of your shawarma but making it so flavorful too. And substantial at a decent price.

Incredibly disappointing. Maybe there was a change of ownership? The high rating of this place is misleading, look at the reviews from the last couple of months to see how this place is now. I cant recommend this place, the food lacks flavor and is really dry.

Our experience was not the best. The bread smelled and tasted similar to a 99cent store pita bread. The beef shawarma is not the best in flavor. Not what most of people experienced. We left disappointed.

Not as expected !!.
I know how a shawarma should be , so what they gave in the name of shawarma , was just some bland roll in a big chewy pita bread .
Chicken shawarma : the meat itself was good , but the roll was bland , no sauces or anything just chicken and bread ! That's now how a food truck with a name starting shawarma serve an actual shawarma !!
The famous wagyu beef shawarma in pita bread : just total waste of money !! For 16$ it was just burned beef slices with no sauce at all !!! I just could eat it , and this was the most hyped menu item !!!
Shawarma fries : it was not bad , basic fries with some shawarma meat n less dressing ( again )
Only saving grace - the egg roll : it was good
But then everthing else was not !! So I feel I just wasted my 59$ on some shitty making of stuff , I feel they are just working as robot , no real love for food !!
Never gonna visit this food truck again !

After driving past this food truck 10 times a day for the past few years, I finally had the time to go in. I'd never had a shawarma and was curious. I told the girl to register. I wanted the wagyu beef with some vegetables so she got me what I think was called the salad shawarma. I was a bit disappointed. It was so overloaded with salad that the wrap could barely contain it and it was a mess. The dressing they used on the salad completely overshadowed the taste of the beef of which there seem to be very little by comparison. Couldn't taste the meat at all. I'm not going to give up on them yet as there's many more choices on the menu and I'll try something different next time

The best shawarma in San Diego! It's also recommended by YouTube as the top spot here! The Wagyu beef is absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, tender and juicy! If you want to try Mediterranean food, this place is an absolute must-visit!

Was super excited to try, was let down. Food taste wasn’t bad, but I got a wrap and it was assembled kinda in a mess, all the toppings completely falling out, tried rewrapping but was super soggy. I think the lady working was maybe new so i understand but order was originally wrong and maybe that’s why the wrap was made in a hurry.

I was at an event where they had multiple companies catering and the Shawarma Guys were hands down the best out of any of them. The shawarma was off the hook. The meat was so flavorful and the veggies were so fresh. I have lived in SD for 25 years and had never heard of them in the past. I will be taking my wife to the restaurant in the future to enjoy the good foods they have to offer.
