Trust me guys the plate is not worth the price. Plate has less portions to justify the price. Get a bowl if you want to try it out, bowl is 5-6 cheaper and you get more rice, same portion of chicken, salad and hummus. Never coming back agin

Ya’ll, tell me why I haven’t gone to this place sooner. I’m so impressed it’s not even funny. I got the wagyu bowl with french fries and it’s hit all the spots, especially since it included TABOULI!!!! I am a tabouli lover. Yum yum, will come back!

Was really excited to try this place out since we heard it was also the best restaurant in the country on yelp! My husband and I both got the chicken shawarma pitas and was really disappointed because it was very dry. I think they either forgot the garlic sauce or ran out because there was only a little at the very bottom (we searched through it!). The chicken alone wasn't even that flavorful either, it was very bland! We couldn't finish it...

The cashier was friendly and explained the sauce options thoroughly. The wagyu beef shawarma was tender, and the rice, tabouleh, and hummus that came with the plate were pretty tasty. Unfortunately, I felt like the meat tasted overwhelmingly of allspice. The fries and sauces were pretty good though. Maybe it was an off day for them.

Our new go to spot for a Mediterranean take out. They offer several vegan choices as well (vegan cream chop is our favorite).

This was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant! It is all due to the female manager that was working on Wednesday December 17 around 6:30PM. She was one of the rudest people I have ever experienced and I will not ever ever EVER be going back to this location. I was eating here around once a week before as well, however that is not happening anymore because of her. Also, I am writing this review days later, so that should tell you how bad this bperson pissed me off.

If you want good food, there are tons of other places in the area that deserve your patronage more then this place.

This is my third time trying this location. Each time I thought we just tried the wrong thing. I've tried most of their menu now and I have been disappointed each time. Today the vegan shawarma plate was very salty and had a taco mix packet flavor, we just threw it out. My beef and chicken shawarma was dry and oily at the same time, but the salt level and seasoning was pretty good. Pita bread was hard, like it had been wrapped in foil for hours. Everything, even the tabouli and hummus, was covered in oil. I'll stick to other fresher tasting food options in the future.

Portion size is weak for the price. Tasty but not worth a return visit.

Tried their California shawarma wrap. It was my first time having a shawarma with rice inside, it felt more like a burrito. The taste was okay, the prices for most items seemed a bit high, and the service was a bit slow.

The meat was too salty and a bit too dry. If this is really wagyu beef, then it's a waste of a great product in my opinion. The egg rolls are interesting, but again, too much salt. I don't understand all that hype about this place.

The food is very simple for such extremely high prices. I ordered a beef shawarma plate on salad, and it cost $28! That’s just ridiculous and feels like exploitation. The food doesn’t justify the price at all — there are plenty of places with the same or even better quality for much less.

Food was meh. Shared a waygu beef pita, chicken pita, and beef fries. Beef fries were the best. The pitas were just ok. Kinda dry. Flavor was ok. Pita was super thin and crumbly. For the promoting the title best in the country, I’d say it’s average to below average compared to most of the food in Sd.

The food was actually horrible oh my god, do NOT get me started. I love Mediterrarian food MAJORLY but this place was absolute garbage in comparison to even some of the lesser of my favs. I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl and the rice was the worst part of it. Soggy and clumpy. BLEH! The person at the counter was a bit pissy and the manager kept interrupting me while i was ordering??? Weird place with weirder people.
