This was my first time here and we went close to closing, they were gracious and we probably overstayed our welcome a bit as the last guests but they were patient with us. More importantly the food was delicious.

I was really looking forward to trying Shiraz, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The prices were surprisingly high considering how small the portions were — I left still feeling hungry. On top of that, the customer service was not great; the staff didn’t seem attentive or welcoming. For the cost, I expected a much better overall experience. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
If you’d like it to sound harsher, more polite, shorter, or more detailed, just tell me!

Food was excellent! The lamb was tender & juicy. Had no pink or red areas. Great taste/seasonings. This was worth the drive...has a goid selection.

Great food. I recommend the koobideh (ground beef) kebabs, and the ghormeh sabzi (fried green herb and kidney bean and lamb chunk stew). They did forget the bread but whatever.
Please go visit or order food for pick up. I have a feeling this place will go out of business because this was an EMPTY spot, and there was literally one person who jumped up in excitement when I came in to pick up my food. Persian food is so good but so pricey, so when I saw a sign for a lunch special, I took a Pic and told the guy I would write a review... many persian restaurants went out of business in the last few years since the Pandemic, so if you are in the mood for good food, they are there. They are open during the holidays but it is like 25 miles where I normally live (was in town for a petsitting job, that is it!)

Our office ordered lunch from this Persian restaurant, and we were extremely impressed. The food was flavorful, well-seasoned, and beautifully prepared. The koobideh and chicken kebabs were tender and perfectly cooked, and the sides—especially the saffron rice and salads—were outstanding. Delivery was timely, and the presentation was great for a workplace meal. We will definitely be ordering again.

Omg! This is by far the most amazing Persian food I’ve had in all of California!
They have some of the most obscure and yet highly sought after kababs like kabab torsh, looti kabob and soooo much more!
Definely coming back! Absolutely superb food!

Worst restaurant owner I ever dealt. I was the only customer who had inline order.
I had the receipt, showing it to him and he refused by asking I need name. Payment was placed via PayPal to avoid giving out personal information. Treating me like I am a thief. Had to call my wife to provide every detail and our food was packed ready on the table. I was the only customer!
Had to get my order with pain and just got mad and throw it out. I hope I never ever see his face again. How dare you treat people like thief and be this much disrespectful. You need to go and take a customer service course. Do any other stores or retailers treat you this way! Should learn to trust people. I even told you here is the ordered items and you said no I need name. Then starting asking was it Uber or door dash. If food was not on the table and other customers were waiting to get their order, perhaps in nice tone integrated a person is acceptable but not like this.

I had an amazing experience at Shiraz Persian Cuisine. The food was absolutely delicious — everything from the kebabs to the saffron rice was cooked perfectly and full of authentic flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome the whole time. You can tell they really care about their guests and the quality of their food. Overall, a great spot for anyone who wants to enjoy real Persian cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It pains me to leave a review like this because I’ve usually had great experiences here — but after my last visit, I will NEVER return. This restaurant uses unethical upselling tactics that left me feeling completely taken advantage of, and I want to warn others so they don’t go through the same experience.
The owner was incredibly dishonest from the start. We asked for water, and he never mentioned any options like tap, sparkling, or mineral. Instead, he simply brought bottled water for everyone. I assumed this was a kind gesture, but when I got the bill, I saw extra charges of over $8 for water I never requested.
If it had just been the water, I would’ve let it go. But unfortunately, that was only the beginning. My party of four originally planned to each order a kabob plate priced around $25.99 per person — roughly $104 total. Instead, the owner heavily pushed a “family deal” he insisted would be a better value, even though that’s not what we came for.
When we asked the price, he said, “I’ll tell you after I bring the food out.” That alone should’ve been a red flag. Once the food arrived — a small spread with rice, one chicken kabob, one beef kabob, one barg kabob, a little hummus, and one chicken leg — we were stunned to find the total was $184 for just the food. Ordering those same items individually would’ve cost about $108.
I was shocked but paid to avoid making a scene in front of guests. The next day I called for clarification, but the owner refused to discuss it, saying he was “too busy” and that “everything was on the receipt.” The receipt wasn’t even itemized. He clearly had no interest in resolving the issue once he’d been paid.
My biggest point here: WE DIDN’T ASK FOR THIS. The owner upsold us something we didn’t want or agree to and clearly took advantage of our trust.
My advice — if you eat here at all, only do takeout. Otherwise, be ready to be overcharged and dismissed. Truly disappointing behavior from a business I once respected.
Our first visit to Shiraz Persian Cuisine was a beautiful reintroduction to Persian flavors. We began with the Kashk Bademjan, a warm, smoky eggplant topped with creamy whey and crispy onions, and the Zeytoon Parvardeh, a tangy mix of marinated olives, walnuts, and pomegranate that was bursting with brightness. For the main course, the Soltani kebab and shish kebab were outstanding. The Soltani kebab, a regal pairing of tender filet mignon and juicy koobideh, was bursting with flavor and grilled to perfection. The shish kebab, marinated in saffron and olive oil, was equally impressive: succulent, aromatic, and beautifully charred. Both dishes were served with fluffy basmati rice and grilled tomatoes, rounding out a meal that felt both comforting and luxurious. We ended on a sweet note with flaky baklava and aromatic Persian tea, a pairing that felt both indulgent and comforting. It was a truly memorable meal from start to finish. We will definitely be back on a Saturday evening for the amazing cuisine as well as for the live music and belly dancing.
