the food was okay, but not the best. we ordered the waffles from the guy who was working tonight, and he said the wait would be 15 mins or so and he made us wait 15+ mins before telling us they ran out of waffles. it would’ve been nice if they told us earlier than making us wait. we ended up getting something else but by the time we got our food it was over 30 mins, and fries were not even that good that tasted soggy and undercooked honestly, and he didn’t even give us ketchup. 1/5 experience

Worst food experience I’ve ever had. Food looked like slop, chicken fingers were black and overcooked and the bread was literally moldy/crumbling apart. This place is truly sick and could care less about customer service and the quality of their food. If I could give them 0 stars I would 🤢🤮

This is the best chicken shops in all of San Diego they’re always fresh & tasty with just the right amount of seasoning on all of the chicken and many different options to choose from they’ve been one of my favorite spots ever since they opened

I was coming to get a sandwich for my dad who LOVES this place, thought about giving it a try. When I arrive to order I got greeted with a bad attitude, not even a hello. I order his sandwich and ask for condiments and she cuts me off to tell me they don't have it. Kept rolling her eyes and didn't even talk to me during the whole transaction. This is my second time coming, the first time I got attitude from whoever was ringing me for my order too, but at least she was able to give me a few condiments on the side for my dad.

I'm sure the food is okay but the service both times have been awful. Made me not even want to order for myself, I ended up going across the street to get something else.

Their Hot Chick Sandwich was lethal. Kinda a slow burn spice where you don’t feel it in the beginning but then you realize it’s hot. Good sandwich though.

Small shop good quality food fast service order was ready early. I ordered online food came as ordered. It had good flavor. I feel like the hot strips could be hotter. I would rate it at a 2 on a heat scale. Other than that bomb

Went for the first time and got the hot chic fries I opened it up chicken tenders were good spicy but I went to try and get fries and this is what I got a whole bunch of oil and fries mixed in that soup, grossed me out threw it in the trash wasted 15 dollars ,the chicken sandwich my lady got wad good maybe I'll try some of that next time

Parking lot is big. This was probably one of the worst chicken sandwiches I have ever had. The texture was so rubbery and the breading was very bland. Cute theme but this is a hard no for me the sauces were weird

I was hesitant to try this place out, only because I have tried a few other places and it wasn't great for food quality. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food given, spent about 29$ for a sandwich and some side check fries. The sandwich came with fries for 3$ more. The chicken was super good and juicy, crunchy as well. Better than popeyes across the street, execution was good, but bun got soggy from so much sauce. I got the Korean Chick sandwich, and I couldn't really identify what flavor of Korean sauces used, but it was still good. The fries are real potato fries with some kind of breading to seem like seasoned fries. Lack a little salt, but that's okay cause the sandwich makes up for it.

Overall good place, give it try.
