Ramen soup is good!

The pork bowl is so good it is a good quality dish. Got a lot of options in the menu. Overall really good ⭐️4.7/10⭐️

Ambiance and food aren’t the worst thing, certainly way better options in the area for a better/same price. Last time the service was so bad it was the first time in my 22 years on this planet of not even bothering to tip. Every server in there just ignores you or forgets your order, even had a lady try and gaslight us into thinking we hadn’t ordered yet

Worst experience ever. Today I ordered ramen at Silver Lake from Fashion Valley and once I started eating I felt something strange in my mouth almost choke with this piece of metal who was inside of the tofu. This is unsafe to eat!

Service was trash. Food sucked

This is a casual food setting at the UTC mall. The ramen is there to go to, but the menu has various options, small bites, and tasty options.

We got the veggie ramen, it was very good.

We also got the spicy tuna bowl-not great. It came out immediately and looked like it had been pre-made, perhaps was sitting there for some time, the lettuce on it was old/wilted. I think if you come here just stick to the ramen it appears it’s what they do best.

One more observation: The doors of the restaurant were rather dirty, especially the push bars on the doors. It was a strange thing that just stood out to me, but they felt sticky-maybe it was an off night. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Food was fine the service was piss poor. We ordered something to go in the middle of our meal. We did not receive 30 minutes after we had paid. The server did not even do much as offer a "sorry" had she apologized I would not be making this review. We were barely given water and almost never checked on. The fact that she forgot our Togo food is unacceptable. Had it not been charged to our card that would be okay but, how does the kitchen forget? It was on they ticket??? We've never had a bad experience here but this was just appalling.
