A good spot to eat especially at night; the gyoza was flavorful, and the ramen was great! Staff was very friendly during our dine-in.Parking: There is a lot nearby Silverlake Ramen that is (as of this posting) free to park in.

Medium spicy shoyu is really hot. Atmosphere is enjoyable. Ramen is fusion style. The price in California is a good deal.

Nice place to eat. Here are the Japanese noodles of US style. I ordered tsukemen this time and very enjoyed it.I liked the pork very much. It tasted better than what I ever eat. Also if you like lemon it would be a nice meal.

The business is very good, you can make an appointment on the machine by yourself after arriving. The service is great! The food is delicious, they even have Taiwanese style steamed buns, and they are delicious! Even though it’s only two mouthfuls.

Nope. For ramen get back on the 163 for less than 10 minutes in either direction, North to Convoy area or South to Hillcrest. I tasted two ramen bowls, 'Classic' with pork broth and 'Veggies' with vegetable broth. Both broths looked fine but tasted almost watered down or just bland. The blandness was not limited to the broths though as everything from the chicken to the individual vegetables lacked any kind of flavor other than their natural tastes, as if cooked by merely bringing them to the desired temperature. The only reactions my taste buds had were attributed more to nature than any sort of culinary skill. At least the service was decent so I didn't have to spend too much time on sad food. I suspect this ramen chain is something akin to going to Olive Garden for Italian food. It's just dine-in fast food with table service.

I work at the mall and I’ve been here twice and I will say that it’s always busy at night & i saw how hard the night kitchen staff works and has your food ready within minutes. I like the food but my only concern is that when I made a comment to the waiter about how good their tips must be, I was told that management (owner) keeps ALL the tips and they are short staffed. They were lied too upon hiring them. I won’t be going back, I do not support a place that takes ALL the tips that their employees make, they need to be rewarded for their hard work specially the kitchen staff !!!!!

I recently visited Silverlake Ramen in Fashion Valley and had an outstanding experience. The service was excellent, with attentive staff creating a welcoming atmosphere. The traditional Ramen was incredibly flavorful, showcasing the authentic essence of this dish. The Karaage chicken was a highlight, delivering a perfect blend of crispy texture and delicious flavor. Overall, a highly recommended spot for a satisfying ramen experience.

Stopped by with my wife and two small kids and was pleasantly surprised.Typically go to Tajima and raki raki. Found this place to be close/on par. They have a ramen and app combo for $20. Got the spicy tonkatsu with chisu(sorry I butchered the spelling). Broth was thick, flavorful with the perfect kick of heat. Meat was tender and juicy. The chicken karage was amazing and my kids loved it. We got a side of extra noodles for 3$ and it came in a large bowl which we split for the kids. It was perfect.Only complaint is the matcha green tea was watery and bland. Other than that, great overall experience and highly recommend a try.

Been to this new location twice now and was excited it is in a convenient location when running errands since it is located in Fashion Valley Mall. My first time here the food tasted the same as the Irvine Spectrum Silverlake location: creamy tonkotsu with average ramen noodles and one chunk of pork chasiu. The ramen is tasty and I don't leave hungry or unsatisfied. The price is okay, $20 for the combo ramen and a small app. The ambiance is fine, it is less cozy and a little more harshly lit and less cute as other locations. The service is where I had a below average experience. Both times I've dined here our servers have not been attentive (a stark contrast to the irvine location) and even borderline rude. The first time I came it was empty and the second it was busier than usual. The first time: empty but server seemed to avoid us and did not check in with us. The ramens both were missing their eggs. The second visit: There is no host and even when you are prompted to check in with the host there was no one even making eye contact with the front. After 15 minutes of staff walking by and avoiding acknowledging anyone, a dozen people had accumulated in the front, 4 people hanging in the doorway halfway inside. I get the automation of people's jobs has its perks to the bottom line but at some point it will turn customers away. Only one server was kind to us and started to take care of everyone. Food was super fast and tasted great!

Typical mall fast food. Easily the worst ramen I have ever had. Comparable to top ramen. Broth was tasteless. Cilantro in my ramen?????? And when I asked for Japanese chilli pepper(yes.. like the ichimi togarashi if you are a foodie like me), they said they don't have it. Was it cheap? Yes. Was the service good. It was alright. Was the food delicious? Absolutely not. The bathroom was dirty and the door was neoken. Next time, do yourself a favor and drive a little further to go to Convoy. Any given japanese restaurant would be better than this.
