I've been a patron at Sitar for over 25 years and have tried many of their dishes. They are all consistently delicious. My favorite is the saag lamb, mild, with rice, lentils, Dahl and Nan I love their unsweetened Chai tea as well. I haven't been able to order for a couple of years now since they started renovating the food court but it hasn't stopped me from calling and hoping one day they will answer. I've tried other Indian restaurants but nothing compares.
