One of my favorite hangout spots in SD. Upscale plaza with a laid back vibe and multiple restaurants to choose from. The top floor has a bar area with 3 different counters, each with a different set of drinks. If you sit at a table you can scan a QR code and order from any of the restaurants from the level below and they will deliver it to your seat. This is great when everyone in your group is craving something different! It does get very busy during peak hours but for the most part, service has been reasonably quick. I've almost always been able to grab a seat, as well as find parking. Plus, they're dog-friendly :)

My first time here and I was impressed. It is like a theme park for food and adult beverages. At first glance I thought it seemed a bit overpriced but after getting some drinks and food the price they charge is warranted. Very high quality cocktails and food. I recommend the Domino cuckoo cocktail from the understory. The atmosphere is unique and top notch.

went to the central bar. Ordered a Manhattan. 15 minutes later after my companions' beers had come 10 minutes earlier, I went to the bar and said look if I knew it was going to take this long for a Manhattan, I would have just ordered a beer. They were doing some process to cook it or bake it, or something? I don't know, but said to the bartender, some swoll douche, look if I knew it was this whole process, I would have just ordered a beer, can I have a beer, I mean it should not take this long to make a Manhattan! Now I have been drinking Manhattans with my Dad and Grandfather for longer than I can remember, and I am old and my grandfather (rest his soul) was super particular. I know how to make a Manhattan. But swoll douche says you don't know how to make a Manhattan, but he does, and if I don't like it, I can get out! I don't like that whole sky bar thing anyway, to0 crowded, too loud, not what it is cracked up to be. But swoll douche has convinced me I don't need to go back.

This is the one destination for food, drinks, appetizers, desserts, coffee, and more! Very roomy and nice environment overall. I would totally recommend sky deck to anyone that hasn't been here.
