This store is located near the 85°C bakery in UTC. It was my first time there. I found that the store was not very big, but there were many kinds of products, including various desserts, bread, beverages, and ice cream, etc. This time I bought a pistachio-flavored Croissant Rolled. Its appearance was quite good, but it was very dry when I ate it. It wasn't bad, but just so-so. The price was also a bit high. I heard that the ice cream here is good. I can try it next time.
The ice cream and milk shakes are amazing! Would eat here again for sure!
the ice cream sandwiches are huge and worth the price imo. the gelato had great texture, flavor, and sweetness level. the cookies were yummy too . they had a wide variety of sweets and pleasant staff. would come again
I love coming here during my lunch breaks since I work nearby. The staff are always super nice and sweet. I recommend their cookies a lot to my coworkers and they end up going there too! Plus their little cute desserts are always delicious. It’s a little pricey but so worth it!!
This place reminds me of a typical gelato shop in Italy 🇮🇹

I'm really liking the offerings of desserts, drinks, and food this place offers, but you guys have to get the ordering system organized.
Idk how many times I've gone here, and I never know where to stand and order, which leads me and others in a state of confusion. Maybe it's the way you guys run things behind the counter? One person taking orders, 2 people working on orders?
Was wandering around UTC, kind of aimlessly, definitely craving something sweet. You know that post-lunch “I need sugar or I’m going to lose my will to shop” kind of moment? Yeah, that.
Stumbled into this little café and immediately got hit with a wall of desserts. Cakes, tarts, mousse honestly felt like I walked into a pastry museum where you’re actually allowed to touch stuff. Blown away by the selection.
They’ve got coffee too, but I already had a drink in my hand like the overly prepared person I am, so I skipped it. Next time, though.
I ended up grabbing the tiramisu, half-expecting it to be sugar overload but it was actually perfect. Not too sweet, just the right amount of richness to make you close your eyes for a second mid-bite.
If you’re ever at UTC and your sweet tooth starts acting up, this place is 100% worth the detour.

love this place!! highly recommend
They’ve got all the sweet treats you could ever want! Their croissants are to die for. I’m definitely trying their cookies next, especially the lemon blueberry one. They also have gelato, caramel apples, and specialty chocolates, including the viral Dubai chocolate!

I went to the pick up an order in the evening, maybe an hour or two before closing. The two young girls working there seemed to be tired and uninterested in providing good customer service. They sluggishly walked around, barely interacted with customers...
I did notice there was (what appeared to be) a homeless gentleman who was non-verbal trying to order something. The employees kept giving each other looks like they wished he would leave, even when he was trying to pay for his item(s). I get that they may have been uncomfortable serving him, but if I were them, I would've just paid for the guy's stuff so he could be on his way. I doubt what he got was the most expensive item in the store, though a lot of the items are expensive for what they are.
In regards to how they're products taste. They're good. A luxury. I'm not likely to come here again unless I just happen to be at UTC with visitors who I might want to treat to this. But, at the moment, I don't even know if I would if the service is as poor as it was.

Amazing gelato at Hanna’s! We ordered one cup of hazelnut chocolate and salted caramel, and another of Persian. All the flavors were great, very smooth and creamy. Definitely need to come back and try many of the other desserts, looks so good. The store is dog friendly as well. Very friendly, helpful, and quick service. Recommend!
