I love their food but unfortunately when I stopped for lunch Oct 22, staff were clearing the place out. They said they were closing indefinitely. I don't know about their other locations.

the food is bomb but the service is terrible. the girl that helped us out, bryce, was ridiculously rude and had an attitude. i honestly hope she gets fired, that service was ridiculous. i would ask for things nicely and she'd reply with "what" and be completely rude

Amazing burgers and my wife doesn't even eat beef. Personal shout out to Fabian who is always so friendly and welcoming. Don't think I've ever been to another burger place as friendly as this. Service on point, food on point. Always recommend this place to friends. Thanks Fabian!!

We ordered two kids cheeseburgers but one came without cheese. They gave us low-fat milk instead of chocolate milk. Reese’s peanut butter shake was very runny and tasted like milk with a hint of peanut butter. I’m a big fan of Smashburger peanut butter shake so I’m very disappointed at this one.

Ordered the brisket burger based on the photo for ordering. When I got the food I was really disappointed to find out that it was soaked in bbq sauce. It wasn't in the photo, and it ruined the sandwich. My co-worker said the same thing about her sandwich, also, and even 8 hours later she just texted me again to say how disappointed she was with smashburger. When we were leaving the cashier asked us how was the food, and we told him and he said \"well I don't make the food\". Then why did you ask us? A month ago they \"lost\" our order at the grill. We don't make a big deal, we order, and quietly stand back and wait for our food. Twice now the service and quality has sucked.

I didn't know these still excited and that's a shame. The burger was so good. On top of that Creed and all the young people serving me were so pleasant. I had a blast and left with the biggest smile in a long time. Oh and I am stuffed too. ;)

We stayed at the Homewood Suites and got takeout from here our first night... and three days since! The BBQ salad is so delicious and the perfect size, the kids loved the chicken strips, burgers are perfection and the milkshakes are soooooo scrumptious. They put everything in a sturdy paper bag and drink carrier, making it easy to pickup and go. Also, the online ordering ready time is spot on!

The staff is super nice and helpful. The food is good. I'm glad they have tots! The only issue was my order through Yelp didn't get sent over, but, again, the staff were super nice & accommodating.

My fiancé and I got take out recently - he got a burger and I got a chicken cobb salad. My fiancé enjoyed the burger but the salad was subpar, mostly because the ingredients were not very fresh. The lettuce was fairly old (dark and slimy in places) and the fried chicken had definitely been sitting out for a while because the end pieces were very dried out and rubbery. On the upside, the food was made quickly and the staff were friendly. I'd also say that prices are fair. My recommendation would be for the staff to ensure that they are always using fresh ingredients.

They have a nice little outside seating area which was perfect for waiting for my friend to come pick me up. The food was very good as usual! The only difference from my Aurora CO smashburger and here is that the Brussels sprouts are smaller here.
