Bf and I wanted to get a quick bite before our movie at the AMC started and was immediately greeted by Matilda with some of the best hospitality I’ve ever gotten at a burger place, let alone a mall location. Matilda was very sweet and would always check up on us while we dined in, offering to clear our table and asked if we needed any extra sauces, etc. pls give Matilda their flowers because they definitely deserve it!! That’s how you do customer service <3 May Matilda’s pillow always be cold on both sides haha

1st time customer for my girlfriend and I, I was deeply saddened I didn’t get to catch a shiny Lugia in Pokemon Go before we came in, Kelsey saw my face and made sure we had a great experience. She answered any questions and made us as comfortable as possible. We had the All American Smash burger, Smashfries and Scorchin Hot fries. Thanks to Kelsey, I believe I can get out there and become a Pokemon Master. Thank you Kelsey, we’ll see you in the next episode!

The burger patties were overcooked and crunchy from the gristle that covered the patties and melted bits of leftover cheese from the grill. We watched a customer walk up to the counter and grab french fries from a basket waiting to be delivered to another customer, and the staff did nothing about it and still served the basket!!
