What these registered owners FAIL to UNDERSTAND is that Apartment and condo communities are are PRIVATE PROPERTIES we MUST have control of our parking lots it's THE LAW. if YOU fail to follow THE RULES and read the signs that states you need PERMISSION to park in this property then YOU WILL BE REMOVED we are overwhelmed with the amount of people that say live in communities when they DONT.
