A beast of a burger! 1/3lb. pasture raised, hormone free beef, house-made carnitas, queso chihuahua, fried tortilla strips, spicy red salsa, and lettuce on a toasted brioche bun.

A classic burger. 1/3lb. pasture-raised, hormone-free beef, with aged white cheddar, grilled onions, pickles, and lettuce on a toasted brioche bun. Slaw sauced served on the side and we definitely recommend giving it a go.

The Grand Brie

The grandest of burgers. 1/3lb. pasture-raised, hormone-free beef, topped with a slice of pork belly, brie, caramelized onions, and dijon mustard on a toasted brioche bun.

The Bleu Burger

A delicious, 1/3 patty of hormone-free, naturally-raised beef topped with our fried shrooms, and bleu cheese sauce.

This is what bacon wants to be when it grows up. Our belly is smoked, braised, pressed and chilled overnight, and then finished in the fryer. 96 hours to make, 2 seconds to devour. Rule of thumb, 1lb. of meat is good for 2-3 adults.

The simple name "fried shrooms" does not give this delectable dish enough credit. These are portobello mushroom caps that have been smoked, then covered in a batter made with Serpentine cider (step aside, beer), and fried to order. Pro tip, drizzle these suckers in slaw sauce to really send them over the top. Rule of thumb, 1lb. of veg is good for 2-3 adults.

I've only eating here once. But overall it was a very good experience. My friend wanted barbecue and I'm not really a fan of barbecue. They're crazy beans phenomenally good. The mac and cheese was kind of a letdown. It really comes down to texture and I didn't really like the texture. It was kind of powdery.

But they have a cider and meadery right next to the restaurant. So you can order your food and enjoy some really good cider and mead....

Stopped by yesterday for a late lunch with some friends. The TV dinner was great, good crackle on the outside of the Pork Belly, Beans and Mac sides were delicious. Washed it down with a Sour Cherry Cider.

Such a great find! Yummy bbq plus creative ciders (strawberry black pepper O_O)! Loved the ciders that we tried and sounds like they have something new and interesting each week! The ciders are very well balanced, not too sweet not too strong. We came here cos I was craving some good fries and we got some yummy corn muffin and bbq briskets along with the fries.
