Nice smoky and spicy flavors; as Marc Murphy says, "seasoned with authority." Very nice staff.
The cucumber pickles took me right back to my childhood, to family dinners on the High Plains, prepared by my bachelor farmer great-uncles and an unmarried aunt or two, who had their Southern roots in their memories. Yummmm!
