Food was ok and Server was nice but it took 4 trips before we got all our food and condiments. Went there two days later and their system was down and couldn't even order.

Food was great but I didnt like their “drive in” order stalls. Not many to choose from, close together and not private, and first one I went to was malfunctioning.

The worst. Ordered a chicken sandwich and my buns were so hard that I had to throw them out. Fries were cold. I have been here many times thinking it was just a bad time. After reading the reviews I will never return. It's really sad because the location of the business is awesome but I really hope they put a Dairy Queen in so I can still enjoy an ice cream and hot food.

Came during Friday lunch and ordering was within a minute at the carport. Food arrived about 8 minutes at so I felt the service was satisfactory. The food was the 6 boneless wings meal with asian sweet Chile which was ok, but the size of these "boneless wings" were the same as a chicken nugget which is pretty small. Also visited the restroom where the toilet was clogged up and there was no toilet paper. Very nasty indeed. Overall 3 stars for service and food.

We came here a few days ago and unfortunately there was an issue with our order. I shared my concern on the website and I got a personal email from the manager A.J. I called him at the number he provided in his email and he was super accommodating and helpful. He corrected the issue and more. Amazing resolution, five stars. No place is perfect but when they go out of their way to correct it, it is appreciated.

I went in through the drive thru today at 3 and o had asked for the Number #2 combo which is a double cheeseburger, I received a chicken sandwich or something. Disappointed

OMG! They are sooo rude here I would suggest just not stopping here. The food is always wrong, cold, or missing. The young lady working drive thru at 7pm April 25th was so incredibly rude I was trying to add food to my order and she just ignores me.(I was like ok rude.) I drive up to the window she's just ignoring me for a couple of MINUTES, I was getting pretty upset she finally opens the window I ask her if she could hear maybe the battery died but I needed to add more Food, spend more money. She was making sure I could tell she did not care about me or her job really. I finally pay for my food and wanted some ketchup and she just lets the window close and walks away. I now I have to wait an additional couple of moments in drive thru even thou she could see me still there waiting She finally comes back smirking I did let her know she is "rude as hell" and if I could please get ketchup. I was in there drive thru over 30 mins for 2 combos and a giant line going out, Not smart at all. Oh yea and they made the combos wrong it was cold, and tater totes where missing. Just go somewhere else this place is not sonic food at all.
