“Wow!!! Food was so good!!!! Clara can cook!! I got the lemon pepper chicken with potato salad and Mac and cheese and she gave me a mashed potato and everything was awesome! I tried my friends peach cobbler and that was awesome too!! And the sweet tea to top it off was great!!! Will be back for sure!!!“

“Absolutely love the variety of combos. It allows you to have some of everything in one order. Food was hot and freshly served. Thumbs up on the Mac n cheese, candied yams with my order. They ran out of catfish at the days end today otherwise, It would have been my 2nd consecutive order. Also loved the signature taste of the chicken, and the fact that it was very hot and freshly served. I eat more at home than I do out, but many of their items are like home cooked so I will be back! Much love!“

“THE MOST AMAZING SOUL FOOD IN SAN DIEGO! I've tried every soul food spot in sd but this is by far the best. The best fried chicken, yams, and mac n cheese. Everything tasted homemade & the people are really nice. Do order it right as they open (you may need to call every ten minutes because it seems like they're phone gets backed up).“
