We ordered two different catering orders for our junior rowing team, and the kids LOVED it!! The meals were so fresh, and the owner went out of her way to make she we had a substitution that the kids would like. The food was tasty, hot and delivered on time. Will definitely order again!

We have been enjoying the food that is delivered by Spice and Soul for over 6 months now. They deliver incredibly healthy prepared meals here to our office 6 days per week. They can prepare any kind of food. For our office we choice the healthy minded optioned, but once per week the Spice and Soul chef prepares us other food options as a treat. The cost is on par with what it would cost for us to eat out and the quality is MUCH MUCH healthier and is delivered to us. We HIGHLy recommend Spice and Soul for all of your catering needs. Originally we were going to use this company for a short time but now we have meals delivered to our office on a permanent basis.

B-Y-O Hot Mess Potatoes $11.5 choice: smoked brisket or pork + fries + cheddar/jack cheese + BK’s BBQ sauce + sour cream (Go ultimate! add mac n cheese, scallion cream, chipotle, pico $5 EXCELLENT. You will love it! S&S Shrimp Tacos (3) (New) . $12.5 seared or blackened shrimp + cabbage + pico + cilantro lime cream dressing Wonderful. Make sure you get the shrimp blackened. Nice spicy touch also. Make sure the salt and pepper wings are cooked all the way!!
