according to the employee I tried getting help from, the microphones have no volume control, the karaoke machines are working fine though they don't register anyone is singing, the climate control on the wall doesn't work but I just need to wait until later in the night when it gets cooler. 0/5 service, the call button for food or drinks does nothing just leaves the panel blinking for 45 minutes ignored

To be honest, this isn’t the first place we planned to go to, but I’m really happy that they have a karaoke spot with good food! There are 10 of us, and the only room available was the Large one, which costs $60 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, so we paid $120.

The place is spacious with a lot of food options to try. Unfortunately, most of the karaoke songs are in Chinese or other Asian languages. I’m Filipino, and I noticed they don’t have Filipino songs and only a limited selection of American songs. I don’t mean to sound negative, I just want to have a good time with good friends and great karaoke. The staff are very nice though, and I hope they can upgrade the song selection soon. Hehehe

Room came with complimentary snacks and water. Service was decent and we got a room without a prior reservation.
They didn't tell us when our time was up so we accidentally went over.
Automatic service charge of 18% was included without us knowing beforehand!

There are many good meals here to try! The interior has been decorated horizontally and the sound system has been completely renovated and modernized. Everyone can experience it when you have time!

A lot of fun, but they charged us for three hours and kicked us out a half hour early, a lot of the songs didn't work, and their menu prices aren't accurate. Expect the food to be $3 more than the menu says. They also won't split a bill.

The staff said they have openings for karaoke, he asked how many people and hung up on me. I called back and they said they only had availability after 10. I said no problem. He paused and said never mind, there’s no more room. Strangest experience.

Braised chicken was mostly fat and bone. Not a good deal.
